Have bought 4 new Honda’s here. Sales are fine, service not so good. They have a policy that the included oil changes are only done when maintenance minder is down to 15 percent which can easily be over 10,000 miles. As a retired master mechanic, i have rebuilt enough engines to know that if you plan to keep a vehicle, 7,500 is the top limit if you plan to keep the car. Their refusal to do the complimentary included changes at the interval that I am comfortable with as the customer, sadly will have me looking elsewhere as I will buy elsewhere.

Horrible customer service from ALL of the staff.
Horrible customer service from ALL of the staff. I suggest taking all your Honda needs anywhere but here. Jon and Matt are the biggest scumbugs on this planet and think its okay to get physical with customers. Pleaseeeeee take your business anywhere else! Even JiffyLube is a better place to go to than this crapshoot.

I've purchased 2 new Honda's with Steven Andrews. My wife and I felt completely confident in dealing with him. He never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable, quite the opposite. He took the time to listen to all our questions and answered every one with the knowledge and experience of a man that truly wants us to understand. He tells it straight, more like a friend verses trying to make a quick sale. At no point did we ever feel rushed or pushed. My wife started buying Honda CR-V's the first year they were made, and we've bought 7 new ones so far, all through O'Daniel Honda. We have never shopped at any other Honda dealerships because we've always felt like we've been treated honestly and fair. Keep up the good work and we'll be back!!!

Received invoice stating a tire rotation was completed
Received invoice stating a tire rotation was completed and Service Advisor told me it was done as well. After receiving my car back I told the Advisor I had marked my tires. Boy did he sure look stupid when he was caught and had to admit it. TRUST I don’t think so.

Mark Johnson is a good salesperson and we felt comfortable talking with him. He explained the new features of the vehicle well. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle which we appreciate. I would recommend anyone to see Mark!

Loved working with Steven Andrews! He was honest and made us feel comfortable moving our business to O'Daniel Honda. After dealing with another dealership for months, we had our new vehicle in three weeks. Steve listened to our needs and worked very hard to meet them. A great experience for buying a car
Went to just look at a 2022 Honda CRV. Justin B went out of his way 100% to answer my questions, some more than once. He made sure I knew everything about the CRV. He hooked up my phone, and made sure I knew what all the different features and safety measures on the CRV were, and how to use them.This was actually a very pleasant, no pressure experiance! The finance guy (Jerry) was also very nice and helpful. I will return there and tell all my friends.
