I'm a Realtor and I work 7-days a week, so I don't have a lot of time to spend at a dealership looking at vehicles. My wife was due for a new vehicle and she liked the Honda Pilot she had, and the service we received from Justin Billiou at O'Daniel Honda that she decided to go back. I believe she's on her 4th Honda Pilot now and she's very happy with her choice, and I'm always grateful that Justin and the crew can get things wrapped up in a timely manner. It was quick easy and I am so happy with my brand new 2026 CR-V Trailsport! Rodrigo was my Finance manager and he was awesome!! This is my fifth Honda purchased from O'Daniel and with

This is my fifth Honda purchased from O'Daniel and with Justin. He was very professional and walked me through the process of leasing my new 2026 HRV. He walked me through all the paperwork and gave me the best deal. Richard in the finance department was also very efficient and explained everything. I have been happy with all my purchases of Hondas at O' Daniel.

Peter was absolutely phenomenal!

Peter was absolutely phenomenal! We love O’Daniel Honda and all your staff ( Vinnie, Chris…) This is the sixth car we have gotten from you. Five have been leases and bought one. We will be coming back in July to buy another one!

The two younger ladies were not very kind this morning

The two younger ladies were not very kind this morning while I was dropping off my vehicle first thing. They ignored me and my question that I had, but it would leave a better impression on people in general to be helped with instructions and be shown what to do since this would be my first time getting a service done here. Mark was excellent and has been working with my special circumstances. He kept his word and I look forward to having my vehicle serviced here in the future.

My 2020 CRV with 49K miles broke down 100 miles from home

My 2020 CRV with 49K miles broke down 100 miles from home and I had no choice but to bring to this dealership. They call 3 days later to say I need a power steering motor for $4300 installed. I went pretty nuts and they finally fixed it for less than $4000. I would never go to a dealership, and this is why. They had me over a Barrell. I'm done with Honda's. Toyota from now on.

The vehicle literally did not make it home before the CVT

The vehicle literally did not make it home before the CVT transmission started shifting extremely hard, jerking, and engine revving until it changed gears. We barely made it home. I noticed a little jerk every now and again during the test drive, the salesperson told me it was the road, not the CVT transmission because you do not feel them shift. It is my own fault, at my age I should know better than to trust a used car salesperson. Avoid this dealership at all costs!
