Dealer was able to get my vehicle fixed.

Dealer was able to get my vehicle fixed. Unfortunately, my vehicle was unavailable for 9 days as they had to wait several days for parts and they had no loaner vehicles. They do have a shuttle, which makes it better, but is still inconvenient. The whole week I had to depend on rides from friends and family members. In addition, when I booked my appointment online, there was a notice that said "10% off any service -- happy hour." No fine print. So I thought it was legit. This is what lured me in to the dealership, but I was told that there is a caveat - - 10% off services up to $100. This was deceptive at best, since there was no fine print on website when I booked my order. When I got my vehicle back, I was told that the mechanic attempted to reinstall one of the accessories in my vehicle and the bolt broke off. I received no compensation for the broken bolt. Despite all this, my service advisor was very kind and I think he is pleasant to deal with.

My recent visit was easy for me and fast.

My recent visit was easy for me and fast. The service guy's name is Edel. I may have misspelled it but he was really good and kept me informed and let me know what to expect on my next visit, but is not an emergenccy...a good guy.

Had a very good experience with Kristian and Santiago.

Had a very good experience with Kristian and Santiago. They were quick to respond and very straight-forward to deal with. I would not hesitate to buy from them and Coggin-Deland again. My only nit-pick was I thought the actual pick up of the car (signing papers and everything else that is required) took just a bit too long. However, that might just be the time that is necessary. I hadn't bought a car in 23 years so maybe my expectations were unreasonable. I wish I lived in the area because my impression of Coggin-Deland is extremely positive.
