Worth the short drive

After a week of back and forth on two different cars, settled on the one, great price! Raul was great as to explain all the technology and made sure I had everything explained before the drive home. It was worth the drive from Jacksonville to get a better deal!

I recently visited the dealership's service department for a simple brake pad replacement. Upon me walking toward my service advisor to pay for the services I received, I noticed an employee taking pictures of my vehicle (360° view of the exterior, my tag, the interior and my Sheriff decal located on my back windshield). I immediately asked him if there was a problem and why was he taking pictures of my vehicle. His responded by asking me if I was the owner of the vehicle. Of course, I replied yes and then he proceeded to "explain" to me that there is a client looking for a vehicle the same year and model as my vehicle. This story he told me could very well be true; however, it's disappointing that he was Coggin Deland Honda's General Manager and that he decided not to receive my consent to capture pictures of my personal property on his personal cell phone. It's the principle of the matter. He apologized but still appeared a bit perplexed and possibly aloof as to why I was upset about him breaking any remaining trust I had with this dealership and how intrusive his actions were. I've never felt so violated and disrespected at a dealership (to this degree) in my life. I'm in the market to explore newer vehicle options which had he simply asked me to take pictures for the reason he gave, I would have been inclined to agree and give my consent. But this wasn't the case. In summary, please be very cautious and aware of the transparency, integrity, and actions of the teammates at Coggin Deland Honda!!!!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I never felt pressured to buy a car. They even found me a better financing than my own bank offered me. Everyone is just raving about my car and I really love it. Thanks to Leon and Lee for being so nice! I would definitely recommend buying a car at Coggin Deland Honda!

Great Help from MAC

I had been looking for a Pilot for about 3-4 months. Had gone and seen 4 local dealerships in area, and they all were either trying to change my mind to pick a 2018 or a different color, since that's what they had in stock. At Coggin, "MAC" got what I wanted which was a 2019 Pilot Touring with black interior, black rims, foot stepper and had couple other items (door guard, roof rails, splash guards, and door visors). All for the price i was looking at. Other places had gave me excuses they can't get this or that, or they were added it on the top of the price for all these accessories. Already waiting for 2019 CRV to come out so i can return to do business with them.

Just a quick recap...I purchased a vehicle at this location and had an issue with the brakes. I took the vehicle back to Coggin Deland Honda and they repaired the brakes with no issues. After leaving the dealership, I drove the vehicle home and it's such a major improvement. I have no issues with my vehicle nor the dealership. Everyone was friendly and more than helpful. When I arrived to the dealership, the service dept just closed, but I met with the mechanic (sorry I can't remember his name) and he was more than willing to stay pass his work hours to resolve my issue. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service.

Appreciative of resolution, Happy Honda owner

As an update to my previous post: "dissatisfied car purchase", Jerry S. and Roman B. were commendable in resolving my issues upon my return to Coggin Deland Honda. The gentlemen listened to my concerns and although I arrived spot on service closing hours, they still took my car back for service to correct the issue. I am very appreciative of the collaborative effort and the reassurance of appreciating my initial business in purchasing from their dealership. I would consider referring future buyers to Roman, this guy understands consumer relations and the full dynamics to business. Jerry, thanks for putting in the extra time and service despite the schedule conflict.

Dissatisfied Car Purchase

I purchased a certified preowned Accord in November. I started noticing my car shaking when pressing the breaks. I stopped a local Honda to see if they could advise what the issue might be they said rotors. My problem is that I could not have worn rotors out in less than 3 months and limited driving. I called the dealer to assist in repair since brakes is a part of the 182 point inspection that must be done, yet according to their records was not reviewed and they have declined and stated I have to pay because ta wear and tear. If your service department did not inspect the vehicle to Hondas certified standards and missed that my rotors were near wear then how is this low my issue?!? I am highly offended at the fact I was rushed in for a sale and now that the sale is done they have nothing to do with me other than soliciting more money.

Very Happy

I appreciate the honesty and dedication to quality service demonstrated by Roman's team and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership. Huge thanks to everyone at Coggin Deland Honda who helped us with our purchase of an 08 GMC Acadia. Christian and Vladimir were both very professional, and patient salesmen who stayed late to ensure we were happy but MOST IMPORTANTLY, Roman Byczek (General Sales manager) and Jay Golsten (Service Manager) worked hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase in the weeks to follow. During our test drive we had an airbag warning flash on the dash but due to the service department being closed we were not able to have that addressed at that moment but they were quick to take care of it at our earliest convenience. I will be sure to check their stock again next time I need a vehicle.
