Excellent experience.

Excellent experience. No pressures. I have purchased with this dealership in the past and this was the least I ever was pressured in purchasing extra.

The negotiation process went fairly smooth.

The negotiation process went fairly smooth. After speaking with the used car manager an acceptable price was reached. The salesman made a few promises that in my opinion were not kept. For instance, a full tank of gas. It had 3/4 when I took it out for a test drive. Still had 3/4 when delivered. Wiper blades left black residue on my hand when originally checked. They were supposed to be changed out. The wiper blades are still leaving black marks. There were many bug marks on the hood and I asked if they could be buffed out. The salesman said they would be removed but upon delivery, they were still there. I was told to get dog shampoo to get them out. Shouldn't the detail department have done that? The wiper fluid indicator is flashing on the dash. I get the feeling that this vehicle was not sent back to the detail department. Disappointed.

Barry Stadtler was a very good salesman.

Barry Stadtler was a very good salesman. He showed us what we wanted and no high pressure to purchase a vehicle. He did not try to upgrade us to a more expensive model.

Dealer is honest.

Dealer is honest. Service department will tell you maintenance requirements but also say what can be deferred and what you can do yourself to save expense. Example is changing cabin filter
