Started out a great experience with Rigo Vega between texts and emails it was great to deal with a Gsm and cut to the chase. I trusted him to send my credit to 1 bank which ended up getting shotgunned to 7 banks. Sad I trusted a higher up management person and this dealership.

No-pressure Experience
We were in the market for a larger SUV for our growing family. Nick was very helpful in answering our questions about the vehicle and when we returned to purchase he was instrumental in making the process smooth and efficient. He took the time to pair up my phone and walk me through the vehicle features before we left as well.

Ken Gunderson was rude and condescending
Ken was not friendly and actually quite rude. My wife accompanied her mother to buy a used car. Not only did they get a horrible deal, the car sales man pressured my wife into signing for the car as her mother’s credit was declined. I spoke to Ken the next day in a rental car while travelling on business with colleagues. I was very calm with Ken for the first 5 minutes until Ken became belligerent. Then I too lost my cool. Not a company or person I would want to work with ever again. Shame on DeLand Nissan for hiring Ken.

I apologize for the conflict and treatment that Mr. Minzner speaks of. Ken has been a Sales Manager here for over 18 years and has always had a great customer following. In this case, Mr. Minzner was not here during the transaction and called in a day after the purchase attempting to rescind the deal. While we do warrant our vehicles, we do not have a return policy. Outstanding Service
I came into Deland Nissan and they were very helpful. The customer service lady was super professional. She had a mechanic test drive my car and fix the problem without a service charge. I've been doing business with Deland Nissan since 1989 and will continue to do so because of their service. I also highly recommend them to all of my friends.

The Way New Car Buying Should Be Done
We have bought several new cars over the years and what should be a pleasant, exciting experience had never happened, it was always a stressful event that you came away from feeling violated instead of happy about getting your new car. Our experience with getting our new Maxima from DeLand Nissan was exactly 180 degrees from all of our former buying experiences. From the time we first spoke with Jennifer Ruch, our sales representative, till we drove out a short time later the whole event was was outstanding and professional. We didn't just walk into the DeLand Nissan store and buy the car, we shopped price and not only did they have the best price, their whole attitude was superior to the other dealers and when we went to their store there were no tricks, double talk or additions to the price quote Jennifer had given us. The paper work involved with what is our first leased vehicle ever was very extensive, but Ryan with their financial team made to seem simple and effortless. We love the Maxima and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun, good handling, good performance vehicle and we would would highly recommend that you contact DeLand Nissan to check one out. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent experience
Over the past month, maybe two, I've gone to Deland Nissan about four times to eyeball what I liked and could afford. On request, none of the salespeople were pushy and I sincerely appreciate that because I wasn't looking to buy until September'ish. But it was with my third visit that I encountered a SALES CONSULTANT, not salesman, named Anthony Santiago. It was on that day that I was asked (gently coaxed, if you will) if I'd give him a few minutes of my time to have my trade looked at AND a brief overall of my desired vehicle. I agreed and then over the next few days Anthony followed up with a couple of calls to advise- not solicit- what the inventory was. Incredibly the dream vehicle became available, we hadn't originally even discussed that time of vehicle because I just knew it to be outside my budget. But for the fact that Anthony knows his product and has a no pressure technique, I'm riding great. I'm ecstatic and totally in love with my car. someone needs charm school
I called the service dept. today to inquire about a repair...The female service person was extremely rude and short with her questions. I eventually hung up and scheduled the work elsewhere. Management needs to explain to this person, that keeping customers is how a business grows. I'll never buy there again.
