If I could I would give this dealer a negative rating. In the 40+ years I have been buying cars, I never had such a bad experience...they have no idea of anything or even if they have the cars from their website...major false advertising. Don't know how they are in business.

Soweird Joy the Sale Agent needs improvement he don"t know how and what the features is. He told ne 2022 model but i found out its 2021 model. He even told its passenger seat is automatic adjust but its not. He told ne buying Hyundai Cars has a free 3year warranty service but no more. The price he gave me is too high.

Had a horrible experience with this dealership. They do not follow through on their agreements and just want to sell you a car and get you out the door, promises unfulfilled. They charge way too much for service and keep you waiting for hours, plus they don’t even wash the car before they return it to you and offer small but important details. I will never ever buy a car from them again.. DCV Kula
