I receive coupons in the mail for my oil changes from
I receive coupons in the mail for my oil changes from Parks I guess because I have gone there for a long time and my oil gets changed every 3,000 miles and I always bring my own oil, the coupon includes the oil filter, tire rotation, brake inspection, multi-point inspection report, top off all fluid levels, battery test, car wash and vacuum but the end results is basically I really only get is an oil change and on the bill list perform vehicle multi-point inspection but have never been told any fluids needed to be topped off which is all fine because my main concern is just getting the oil changed the rest I can deal with, and every time I had this service done I never had a problem with any one not honoring my coupon except this time when I went to pick up my truck I was told in a very angry disrespectful way Parks will no longer honor my coupons ! What ? Than why do they mail them to me ? She made it quite clear she didn't need any of my business no matter how big or small the job was ! An Employee like her certainly doesn't belong in a Customer Service Position telling Customers what or what not she will except on behalf of a dealership. All my reviews in the past has always been positive and never felt disrespected by any employee or staff at this location but this time was very different and felt the need to bring it to a Service Manager's attention or someone in charge that has Authority, so other customers are not subject to this type of bullying !

Casey was great.
Casey was great. Accommodated a drive in tire problem. Diagnosed a screw causing a slow leak in the tire. Sought and obtained warranty coverage. Told him i was tight on time. He got me out less than an hour. Solid positive service from beginning to end!
