I have been bringing my vehicles to this dealership for 15 + years , always looked forward to meeting with my service representative Lyman , always so polite and concerned also attentive . Always very responsive and thorough and saw the job through to the point of walking you out to your completed vehicle and reviewing service performed. Lyman is the Best .
Terrible service
Service is poor and expensive. Very difficult to reach a human being or schedule an appointment. I called ten times during an hour and a half and still haven't gotten a response. Don Reid was great, but Peacock is the pits since ownership change.
Horrible
Went to browse was greeted by Christian.. test drove a car.. ended up buying a pick up truck. Christian had no knowledge of the car, kept going to ask his manager. Harassed me with txt messages about buying another car from them. Manager didn’t want to budge at all on anything.. said he didn’t care about losing a customer. just a horrible experience overall. Was promised a hitch for the truck which is $15-$20 and never got it.. was told the next day they can oder it for me. Place is a joke, would never go back.

Great service
My service specialist Lyman is very knowledgeable and a courteous person I always use Lyman for my services on my 2 Fords the repair and maintenance was done quickly

Our service advisor, Jeff, is the man! He always takes great care of me and my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. He is always a friendly face that greet us as soon as we arrive. Keeps us in great communication during the day while our cars in service. I always feel confident driving off the lot after my car has been taken care of.

Trustworthy and Competent
I have been to Jeff twice now for my Raptor and he and the Peacock Ford team are excellent because they are knowledgeable of the details, communicate well, and I trust them.

Great service
On Saturday afternoon I noted my car was missing. I drove immediately to Peacock Ford. Jeff saw me drive up and knowing me he immediately came out and said “what’s wrong”. As it was a Saturday he arranged for the repair and a replacement vehicle. I appreciated him listening to me and kept me informed. When opportunities for improving were noted he understood the challenges and did not sugar coat the observations. May I suggest having the renal car companies more responsive especially when prior arrangements have been made.
