Just found this site.

Just found this site. My first internet purchase and it was so easy! I was a bit suspicious as this was done all over phone and emails but they were great. The price for my Expedition was great, well worth travelling from Naples where they think everyone is rich. I wish I had the staff that helped me names. I I just bought a new Expedition; I looked at Peacock, but they did not have anything on lot that I was interested in. If they did, I would make the 3 hour drive again!!

Misleading and aggressive communication from sales

Misleading and aggressive communication from sales manager, Jason. Sold a vehicle with undisclosed body damage that they attempted to partly conceal which left swirls in the clear coat. Unsatisfactory experience.

Matt, we are sorry you feel this way and quite frankly do not understand why. All communication between you and us have been very professional per our emails. Unfortunately the day you took delivery of your vehicle, no one noticed the small dent on the door, including you. It wasn't until you got home later that day and informed us that you noticed the dent. You took the vehicle to your local dealership for an estimate and we sent you a check for the full amount to have it repaired. It was unfortunate the dent was there, it happens at times. However we made everything right and to your satisfaction per your email to us. There was no intention of misleading you at all! We hope you enjoy your Bronco and the FANTASTIC deal you received from us.
