I wanted to share my experience today and thank you for the wonderful customer service as always. I had appointment for topping off the fluids, checking... the tires, have my speaker looked at & a car wash. I had an appointment with Felicia, but she was at lunch when I arrived so Jeff checked me in and assisted. I wanted to commend you on both of them. Felicia is always warm and welcoming and makes me feel like part of the family. It was great to meet Jeff and work with him today. He was very thorough and patient with me as we tried to troubleshoot the speaker issue with him and the radio man. And the best part coming from a working single mother is there was no charge for the service today or even the carwash! (Thanks Jeff �� ��) Ms Betty graciously gave me a ride back to work. She is a joy to be around and such a sweet lady. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle it was brought up really quickly and I had a chance to catch up with one of my favorite cashiers, Susan. All around you guys have taken care of me very well and I can’t thank you enough for the personable thoughtful individuals I always come across at your Peacock Ford service. I missed seeing Sweet Ms Stella. I know you guys have her in a different department now but I thought she was always so sweet and fun to be around.

What a great experience.. The Staff was amazing and really connected to me and cared about what I wanted. They didn’t try to just push any car they could... at me. Service Advisor Jeff is great at getting my truck in for what it needs done. He has taken care of my truck for the past 5 years with no issues.
The service advisor was great in that he was knowledgeable about my vehicle’s issue and communicated the process to me. They didn’t push unnecessary repairs.... Very nice updated service and waiting area as well.
