Don't come to this dealership if you want great customer

Don't come to this dealership if you want great customer service. Bad communication, presenting me a buyer's order with ~$3,000 in add ons, and the sales manager does not seem to care about making a deal. Hard to reach anyone with any actual decision authority. Too bad as they have the vehicle I want but my time is too valuable to play childish games.

Don't come to this dealership if you want great customer service. Horrible customer service salesman was rude and

Horrible customer service salesman was rude and disrespectful I had to threaten harassment for him to stop contacting me. Car that I was suppose to see was sold the day before and they tried to show me a car like it with double the mileage

Great.

Great. Jon made sure me and my wife got the best deal and took care of us letting us know about our issue and even though our vehicle was out of warranty, that VW would still cover it being it was a known problem. Appreciate the honesty - most dealers would have told us we're screwed and made us pay 100%, but he went to bat for us - super dude and honest seller - my wife's vehicle issues have gone away now - many thanks!

Great job to the staff not sure why they would get rated

Great job to the staff not sure why they would get rated lower I did take the time to read the recent 1 star and simply if your not ready to buy same day seems like the deal wasn’t finalized. You snooze you loose. Very impressed at the professionalism of the staff here had fun smiled and laughed

Avoid at All Costs If I could give this dealership

Avoid at All Costs If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. We drove over an hour multiple times, first to see and test drive and then to sign paperwork, for a car we were assured was ours, only to be met with complete incompetence and outright dishonesty. After signing, we were told that we could fund the downpayment in the morning since it was late at night by the time everything was said and done. We also weren't able to see the vehicle as they claimed it was in service for a pre-sale inspection. The next morning, we attempted multiple times to contact the dealership to fund the down payment, but they completely ignored our dozens of calls, texts, and messages left with reception. Despite our efforts to finalize the deal, we finally received a call two days later that the car was in transit to Chicago - they sold the car out from under us. This dealership wasted our time, misled us, and showed zero integrity. If you value your time and money, go anywhere else. If you must go here, I would avoid Berkay Kalkan (Sales), Jonathan Melendez, Muhammad, and Omar (Management).
