Horrible experience with this dealership! From the beginning I had trouble and should have known to give up trying to work with them. Michelle initially contacted me after I sent an inquiry and she seemed very pleasant and helpful. I was looking for a specific used vehicle they had just listed for sale. She kept asking me to make an appointment for a test drive and I explained that I live over 2 hours away so could not just drive up that easily. When I finally made an appointment to go see it, I called that morning to double check that the vehicle was still there. It took over 45 minutes and 4 different phone calls to finally be told that the vehicle was being "serviced" but should be available the following week. The following Monday I call Michelle to inquire about the status of the vehicle and she tells me she will contact the sales manager and get back to me immediately. I don't hear from her until Friday, via email (and a generic email at that). The general sales manager, Sanjay, calls me over the weekend and when we finally speak to one another Sunday evening shortly before they close he says the vehicle is still available and asks if I would like to go look at it. I explain my distance situation and that I could go look at it the next day. He tells me there is someone going to test-drive it but that if it sells he'll personally call or let me know it's no longer available. So the next morning I start to drive up to see the vehicle and call the dealership after it opens just to double check the vehicle is there. I speak to Michelle who says she can't hear me well and will call me right back. She never calls back so I use my husbands phone to call in case my phone really is having bad service (although I've never ever had a problem with my iPhone 7 or ATT service before). She answers again and says she'll check on the vehicle and get back to me since I tell her I'm already on my way up there. She doesn't return my call but has some other woman call me and tell me it's been sold. I attempted to drive up and check out the vehicle on two different occasions and both times was given the runaround and I wasted time and a lot of energy for nothing. I'm extremely disappointed and would never use this Dealership again! I'm sure it's a nice place with some good employees, but the ones I dealt with were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.
