If you don’t wish to get played or scam, read! Where to start, I been looking for a 2015 Honda Civic SI for a while as a graduation present for my son,... unfortunately I found one with these people Terance Anderson a co-worker name Orlando who ran my credit they told me I was aproved so they went on taking $7,000.00 down payment on it and told me that the car was mines that I would receive the contract through a third party because I was buying out of state to arrange for transport of the car which I did and everything was done on my part 2 days later a Brian their manager called my husband to tell him that the car did not xxx an inspection, when before they had told me that the car passed a 50 point inspection and went on to charging dealer fee $2,400.00 soI would never buy from these unprofessional people they tell you one thing just to run your credit and they’re quick to take the down payment going on 4 days and still waiting for my money! Be careful people I’ve bought at different dealers and this is not a family or friendly oriented dealer like they say. After all this drama about the car not passing a second inspection I went back to their site to see that the car was sold. I won’t even give them half a star.

Our salesperson, Abby, was great. But the managers didn't know what they were doing. It was a comedy show, Laurel and Hardy!!!. The first manager gives... us one price, we sign on it, then a second manager comes with a higher price. We say no and leave. Then the first manager leaves a funny phone message saying he has GREAT news and congratulates us in advance for our amazing deal. We call him and he quotes the exact same price as the second manager. Then we get a call from a third manager who lowers the second manager's price by $6 per month. We decided to laugh instead of cry! It was nuts! The clowns abound at Napelton's Volkswagon!!!

This dealership is horrible when it comes to customer service. I was interested in a vehicle, reached out to the dealer and was given a VIP appointment... for Sunday to check the vehicle. Sunday morning I received a text with a time and name of the person I was meeting at the dealership. Edward was my point of contact, I drove 45 minutes to see the vehicle. Once I got to the dealer I asked for Edward, he came out and told me one of his associates would show me the vehicle and once I was happy he (Edward) would work the numbers...making me believe he was the manager. The assistant could not locate the vehicle so he went back to Edward to find out the vehicle was sold the day before. I don't have a problem with the vehicle being sold but do have a problem for not letting me know before driving 45 minutes to the dealership. The morning of my appointment I received emails and texts letting me know the vehicle was ready for me to test drive. They only care about your money not about taking care of the customer. A simple email, text, or call would have been sufficient and it is expected from a company that cares about customer' s valuable time. When I complained to Edward he got hostile and in my face because I told him I was going to write a review, he yelled at me for hurting his business, I told him that he was doing that to himself for the horrible customer experience all I was going to do was to post an honest feedback on my experience. Stay away from this place and take you business somewhere else.

Called first thing in the am about a car I had planned on purchasing with a few questions. The person who answered the phone was not a salesman and had... no knowledge of the vehicle instead of forwarding me to a salesman he said he would take a message and I would get a call back . 5 hrs later I called back to have the same guy answer the phone who was so completely rude and hung up on me. I was not allowed to speak to a manager. I've never been to a dealership so incompetent. So RUN from this dealership there are too many cars and dealerships out there glad for your business.
