    Our sales rep., Michelle, was fantastic and super patient in accommodating my wife's health & vertigo issues, getting us into several Tiguans for test... drives. We initially thought a Tiguan would be a good choice, but after initiating the purchase, on the drive home it became apparent that the vehicle was not good for my wife's vertigo as it just sits a bit too low. I can't express enough how understanding and accommodating the manager and staff were at "un-doing" the deal when I returned with the vehicle about an hour later. Truly this was one of the best car dealership experiences I've ever had and really wished the Tiguan would have worked for us. We liked everything about the car, but it just sits a bit too low, although this was not apparent initially on the test drives. Great dealership and good people. A refreshing change from the many "vulture" sales dealerships out there.

    Found a car online at their dealership. We called and was told it wasn???t available. They then called back said it was available, so we set an appointment.... Headed that way, then we were called back again to say they do not have the vehicle. What a waste of time. They need to update their on line material and their system so they know what is and is not available.

    I was looking for a used car for my teenage son and found a used Ford Focus advertised online for $6900. I live 2 hours from the dealership so I called... to confirm they still had it and the price before going. Showed up at the dealer and drove the car and started working on numbers. They brought out a figure of $10,500 as the final price with tax and tag and dealer fee. When digging into it, they charge a $1000 dealer fee (high) and an additional mandatory $870 which covers your first year of oil changes and air in tires! $870 mandatory for one year of oil changes, no extra warranty or anything in that price. Then, he starts saying the book price on the car is $8700 and that is what the bank looks at, so I argued we are paying $6900, not $8700. He said if they sold for $6900 they would lose money on the car. We walked out! Not honest on price, so make sure to really dig in on the price and fees. Waste of a 4 hour round trip.
