I had the pleasure to meet and work with Truck Specialist Jacob Markle. Jacob provided a 100% customer satisfaction experience with my trade in vehicle for a newer model. Jacob's knowledge, expertise, courteousness and professionalism was top notch! Just made my second purchase at GTW and it was a great experience! Vince made the entire process flow smoothly and I truly believe he cares about the customer. That's a trait that's hard to find in salespeople these days. Thank you Vince and the entire GTW team for selling me another truck!!

Ricky was a real pleasure to work with. Having visited other dealers, this experience set the bar. I should have come here first! Trucks are reconditioned well and taken care of. Bought with confidence. Not normally something you can say when buying a vehicle.

I have bought 2 trucks from Gibson Trucks.

I have bought 2 trucks from Gibson Trucks. Unfortunately the last one I feel I was not dealt with fairly. I told the salesmen from the get go that I didn't want to look at any trucks without a clean Carfax. He said I totally understand. He had a truck that was just finishing up with the final service to place on lot and showed it to me. Agreed to price and made the purchase. Fast forward 2 1/2 yrs, I was considering trading in and found that the Carfax showed a major accident it had been in to a point of real close to a total. My bad I figured that our understanding of no trucks without a clean carfax didn't mean anything to the salesman even though we were crystal clear about the clean carfax. Of course now I will be losing out on several thousand dollars of value because of this. Make sure you triple check everything they are promising or you can get screwed like I did. I traveled distances to do business with them both trucks and would have continued to buy and trade with them for as long as I was able. Very disappointed

Good afternoon Gary, could you please contact us directly to resolve any confusion with your vehicle history? The F-150 you purchased back in 2021 is still today showing a clean Carfax so we would like to be able to get some more information.. Call our sales manager directly Mike 407-321-0660

I left a review that was unwarranted. Gibson reached out to me on the issue i was having with a carfax report. I was given inaccurate information from another dealership inquiring about my resale value. Was verbally told the report of my truck having a major accident on the report. This was not true. I should have done my due diligence before leaving any kind of review. Gibson sent me a copy of the current carfax that cleary shows a clean report. I want to publicly apologize to Gibson staff and salesman that i wrongly accused of misrepresentation of my truck. I have bought 2 trucks to date from them and plan to continue in the future. They handled my complaint with complete class and understanding and appreciate them. Looking forward to doung business with Gibson in the near future.

Jacob was awesome. He put me in exactly what I was looking for. I pulled onto the lot just to look and pulled off the lot a happy customer.
