Once they got my payment, the service went downhill. Unresponsive, unhelpful, and won’t even provide a basic service report. Disappointing experience.

My car need to be serviced and so I scheduled an
My car need to be serviced and so I scheduled an appointment online and selected a loaner vehicle because I need to go to some meetings that afternoon. I have done this before with this dealership. When I arrive, they tell me that they no longer offer loaner cars despite the option when making the reservation. Because the car was experiencing a failure, I could not go somewhere else and ended up getting an uber to my meetings which ended up costing me over $100 each way. Awful management, will not be back.

Only giving 1 star because it's impossible to give zero. The worst customer service experience of my life. 100k EX90 that has been to the shop 7 times in the 3 months we have had it. This was our 5th Volvo we bought from the dealer and still cant get any help other than contact Volvo USA who doesn't respond at all. The car is currently sitting in our driveway because it wont go into gear. Been trying to get ahold of service for 2 days now. Car doesn't get close to the mileage it's promised, the software still doesn't work, all the promises that were made about the cars functions and updates were broken. So happy to have paid the 5k over stick because of the "high demand" the vehicle and its "next level" technology. The car shouldnt have been released for another 6 months, Forced to contact a lemon law attorney now AVOID, AVOID, AVOID,AVOID,AVOID,AVOID,AVOID, AVOID

It's been over a month now and not 1 word from Volvo USA. Car got towed again for the 7th time because of a total system failure, We have had a loaner (Thats half the price of the car we bought) for longer than we have had the car now
