The score of this business must be ZERO. My whole family could be considered a loyal customer from them—we have bought several cars and truck from them during these last 11 to 12 years…However, today Thursday 07/03/25 the Service Department’s Manager Nick made me to understand how RACIST and RETALIATORY they are. Racist because I am a Spanish woman and retaliatory because the service department’s manager clearly stated to me that no service for my cars—extended warranty and from 2024 and 2025–anymore because of one not too good review I have posted. The owner Raymond needs seriously to reconsider that a human doesn’t eat only once … Indeed and anyways, I got it, we all deserve an excellent service whenever we go. STAY AWAY FROM REED NISSAN ORLANDO/Clermont. I just was thinking, how it will be possible to make this country great again then??;) My warmest regards to all.

Unfortunately you are leaving out key points of this visit. Absolutely no racism was involved in this decision the reason Reed Nissan is no longer doing business with you is because your Husband is extremely rude and verbally abusive to the staff here. We always try to give our customers the best service possible but we will not tolerate verbal abuse of our employees. We will not be doing business with you and encourage you to find another Nissan dealership to do business with.

My daughter who lives in Orlando and we live in PA has

My daughter who lives in Orlando and we live in PA has experienced 2 problems with her Nissan. Living in PA it is had for us to give her a lot of assistance. I called both time and spoke to both Shawn and Nick in service, both were very professional and help us out tremendously. This was very helpful for us living so far away. Their service department is great and very helpful.

Horribly mismanaged dealership run by three rich guys

Horribly mismanaged dealership run by three rich guys that flaunt their wealth over the employees that they pay peanuts. Apparently in recent times they'll even manufacture fake Google reviews to try and inflate their own egos as well, because I can guarantee you based on the service I constantly receive from this place there is no other reason why there are so many five stars that have popped up all of the sudden.

won't recommend this dealership they took advantage of a lady that needed a car and she didn't have much money and she went alone to buy a car she Traded her own car in .they took her good running car and Sold her a lemon.a The next day she called them up.No The next day she brought the car back to the dealer because the car was misfunctioning. And they would not help her. 3 days after she bought the car it broke down she called them and they near called her back also the day she bought the car she informed them about a couple of Issues.the car had they never fix them and the car is still not working This company is very. Unprofessional and dishonest. especially the used car manager Bryan. There are a lot of people that know about this issue because this lady didn't deserve this. It's a crime because this lady needed this car to sleep in she is homeless and they knew it.the they know the Situation and took advantage of her.

Worse dealership ever - they will not even answer your calls or texts until the NEXT day. If you see something available don’t waste your time. Just move on to a better dealership that actually answers the phone.

The beginning of this month I purchased a used car from

The beginning of this month I purchased a used car from them. On the way home I stopped to fill up the tank at the closest gas station and found that tank was dry only had .2 gallons of a 11 gallon tank. Next day many problems started. Fuel pump, high pressure fuel pump, O2 sensor, and catalytic converter all had to be replaced. I am also still waiting 3 weeks later for the trim that they promised would be in two days after I purchased it. I have called, texted and even stopped in and can't seem to get help. And for price disclosure, we'll let me just say it was very sneaky and none of the numbers make sense. So BUYER BEWARE. I am expecting an a very large lump some of money in the next few months and planning to buy both my sons cars and myself a truck but it will be a cold day in xxxx I ever go back to them. They lost out on me purchasing three vehicles for cash. They truly should just close up business.
