I emailed them about a truck and they did not respond. Ten days later they asked me how it went? Oh and the truck has sold they said. I would prefer to not deal with them again.

Appears to be classic “bait and switch,” unfair trade
Appears to be classic “bait and switch,” unfair trade practices. Will be filing complaint with Florida attorney generals office and FTC based upon unfair trade practices. Met sales person, Josh Beaugrand and asked about used Audi Q5 advertised, he sent me over to the lot by the Alfa Romero dealership where I met Robin who showed me the car and took me for test drive and to pick up my wife to see the car. Returned to the dealership, while wife and I in process of doing paperwork to purchase vehicle after test drive based upon good price. Next thing we know Josh Beaugrand showed up with another couple and pulled car out from under us because the other couple were going to test drive the car. At this point I told everyone that we were in the process of doing the paperwork to buy the car. Next thing we know, owners son tells us the car is being sold to other couple — “But we have other cars.” Very unethical as we were there first and were in process of buying. Also unfair to rep that spent time with us and was literally in the process of completing our paperwork. Josh said nothing about another buyer when I first arrived and inquired about the car. Never seen anything like this in over 40 years of buying and selling cars. Appears to be possible “bait and switch,” unfair trade practice. Unfortunately I can NOT recommend this dealership. 100% PT disabled veterans do not pay certain fees. They kept adding them on to the out the door write up.They would not move off the asking price of the truck, even after showing them car gurus has the truck as High Priced! The sales women was a sweetheart even though her return calls and texts was minimal, she was nice. They low ball your trade, even after showing Kelly BB true trade value. The sales managers play to many games. Dealerships are a buisness that's understandable, but you should be pretty fair especially with your veterans. I can not recommend this dealership at all. Good luck to whom ever takes there money here. Watch out for junk fees. They love to add them.

Horrible experience : took my 98' Dodge van B1500 for a
Horrible experience : took my 98' Dodge van B1500 for a hood latch that didn't lock anymore... After a week, got a call : " the part has been discontinued by Mopar, we suggest YOU to find it BY YOURSELF on Amazon or eBay ". I've been told the mechanic tried to spray penetrater to fix the issue : but NO WAY.... They charged me $69.68 for NOTHING !! (hood latch still doesn't lock) If you're looking for integrity, keep on looking elsewhere......

This dealership is lacking in integrity. Several commitments made by sales staff quickly evaporated or were ignored. Sales leadership's only goal appears to be to use underhanded tactics to maximize profit, instead of developing a team that can instill trust and confidence.

Awesome Place
