STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPT. Brought my BMW in for review of needed service. Long wait for final analysis. When I brought my car home I found gouges in my paint. I know they were new as I had just purchased the car a week ago and it’s been in my garage. Why would anyone want to do that to a car. Who knows what the competency is of these workers you can’t see. The car is beautiful and now it’s scratched up on multiple spots. A shame. Stay away.

They found fault code 133710 and partially worked thru
They found fault code 133710 and partially worked thru test plan. Test plan ended due to time restrains on current service. Suggested to return for further diagnosis, but they did NOT mention the fault at all! Mileage in/out is also wrong: says 19,852 but actually was 22100! We are not a happy customer - not at all!

We had informed the dealership that we were on our way
We had informed the dealership that we were on our way there from Jacksonville FL and we gave then our arrival time.. the travel would have been 2 hours and 45 minutes.. 20 min6 before we were to arrive, we call then to make sure that the car was cleaned up and ready for our test drive.. we were then told it had just sold... Frustration is not a even a word..we got off the hwy.. parked and found a great dealership in west palm Beach that had a brand new 2020 with just 15,000 miles on it, I payed cash and started to head home. Guess that dealership you send us to, don't care about building a life long relationship with clients.. their loss.

Service Manager Issues
A follow up to my previous review written today. I finally received a call back from Wayne the Service Manager, and conclusion was that he hopes I have a better experience wherever I decide that have my BMW serviced. Wayne clearly did not have customer service in mind when returning my call. No one should have to go through the horrible experience this dealership puts BMW customers through.

DON'T BOTHER
The second hand car department must get paid so well they don't need to bother selling any cars. Went to look at a specific car last week, first they talk directly to my husband, not me. Hubby has to redirect them to me as it's my car and I am purchasing. They let us test drive, first the Excess for a test drive is $5000 - the price of a cheap car... they bring the car out give it to us, no asking if we have driving a paddle drive BMW before, and leave us. We work it out go for a drive while they evaluate our trade in. We come back and the first change over offer was ridiculous, I say where I'm at and suddenly they find another $5000 to take off. We are off by a few thousand and I ask about warranty. I get told sorry it expired last week, no chat about extended warranty so we leave. This week we find another dealership with same car but upgraded, side note BMW Melbourne have now dropped the price online by $1000 sine last week, I ring them as I like the interior leather colour better, I leave a message I ring again half an hour later and leave all the details of the other car we are going to test drive... Long story short we test drive the other car negioted with the dealer and purchase, still awaiting a call back from Michael at all.

A BUNCH OF CROOKS. AND CON ARTISTS.
It you do buy a bmw from there beware and take it for service to another dealer. There are a bunch of crooks and con artists. ON AUDIO I HAVE THEM TELLING ME MY ENGINE WAS GOOD. After they put a starter and then telling me my engine is blown. GOT YOU SEE YOU IN COURT BUNCH OF CROOKS.

Worst Service Department for high end luxury cars!
Worst Service Department for high end luxury cars! Brought my car in for service, when I brought her home I noticed 3 deep tiny scratches on my car just under when closed the bonnet meets the body on the drivers side. Called service immediately to report the issue. I call again and he tells me to take photos and send them. Then I called again and he said to bring the vehicle back to them for their detailer. When I arrive he then videos my car with his cell phone, much later he comes back with a tablet saying those scratches were already there when I brought my car in for service that day. He never mentioned that to me on the phone the numerous times I called him and he said they are not responsible for the damage. Then he said here is the video time stamped the day you brought the car in and there are the scratches. Tiny scratches you can not even take a photo of due to my car being black.Time stamped? Really? Does he think I am stupid? Anyone knows with what I just stated before plus you can time stamp anything to whatever date you want. Anyone that knows anything about IT knows how to photoshop to suit your narrative. I do hope BMW America & those at BMW Germany, along with service customers here know how this company is doing business when it comes to service & practically calling their customers liars!

Just picked up my 2022 X3 M40i and I cannot be happier....
Just picked up my 2022 X3 M40i and I cannot be happier. It came in MUCH after than I was told and Jo had it waiting on the showroom with a bow on it. My 1st BMW. Amazing experience, they took outstanding care of me. 100% recommend BMW of Melbourne. Call and ask for Jo.
