I had a great experience at Mike Erdman Nissan Dealership. The atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. Ask for Ed Liguori; he is the best! My heart was set on a sunset orange Maxima, which they didn’t have. He double checked with another dealership to verify they had it. He asked me to test drive the Maxima Platinum 40th Anniversary. During the test drive, I was slowly changing my mind. By the time I returned, my heart was with the Maxima Platinum. He made my process smooth and easy; no pressure. I’m extremely happy with my decision! I recommend this dealership for your next purchase!

Service wasn’t annotated on my account
To be clear TJ wasn’t the problem, the guy who checked me out was. TJ did what he could to help and I thank him for that. I spoke with TJ about my car being serviced due to a leak issue I was having, I was told bybNissan it was the condensation from my AC and that something was clogged. I then asked what exactly did they do to my car pertaining to my AC during my previous visit and I was told they did not know because there weren’t any notes in the account. I was told that he would try to speak with the guy who worked on the vehicle. I thought to myself that this guy works at a Nissan dealership and I’m pretty he’s worked on plenty of the same exact cars as mine since my visit, so he’s not going to remember. I then came back to pick up my car declining the work being done simply because failing to annotate an account after servicing a vehicle is not a good look for this company. When I came to pick up my vehicle the dude who assisted me seemed very annoyed and was rude when I asked certain questions. The first thing I asked was hey how much is my total and a breakdown and his answer was did TJ not go over your breakdown with you. Yes, he did but I would like to make sure everything is correct before swiping my card. I have to trust but also verify. My experience just wasn’t good at all. I’ve had my car for about 5 years and Nissan is the only place I’ve taken my car to get serviced. I was stationed in Va where that dealership took car of my car needs unlike this dealership. I have all of my paperwork where they’ve annotated everything! One bad experience that cost me to never visit this dealership again! These issues could’ve been related had I known what he actually did to the vehicle. I will make sure all of my military friends skip over this dealership when making a purchase or even try to get their cars serviced!
2020 Nissan Rogue Sport Purchase
I have a lot to say, but, it won’t fit in my review. On 9/2/2020, my husband and I were looking for a vehicle. Ed Liquori helped make our visit worthwhile. He is very genuine! He truly went above and beyond helping us! I saw the car I wanted, but knew I couldn’t afford it. Ed worked with us and we were able to get the car we wanted. Thank you Ed and Chris with Finance for all your help.

I highly recommend Mr. J Locke as a sales person. He went above and beyond. The vehicle was missing the owners Manuel’s. He got them ordered and personally delivered to me at home. He is the person to see. The sales end was awesome. The service department.... had to take the vehicle to a tire store to get the tires balanced correctly.

MY HUSBAND AND i WENT TO M E NISSAN LOOKING FOR A PRE OWNED CAR. WE STATED HOW MUCH WE HAD IN CASH ($5000) THOUGH OF COURSE WE HAVE MORE WE JUST WANTED TO LIMIT COST. WELL MIKE COMES OUT AFTER THEY LEFT US WAITING FOR 30 MINUTES FOR NO REASON, THEY GOT IN THE LITTLE CART AND RODE AROUND SILLYNESS SINCE THE CARS ARE ON THE COMPUTER. ANYWAY MIKE SAYS THAT $5000 MEANS A $2500 CAR AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY OF THOSE. WE GOT UP AND WALKED OUT NOT ONLY TO I BELIEVE THEY ARE RACIST, I BELIEVE THAT 'MIKE' IS AN INCOM PETWENT SALESMAN. I KNOW MORE ABOUT SALES THAN MIKE BUT I HAVE TO ASSUME THAT HIS JUDGEMENT OF US BEING INTER RACIAL LITERALLY COLORED HIS VIEW. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. IF YOU ARE OF ANYTHING BUT WHITE AND A SUCKER DON'T GO. YOU CAN'T BUY WHAT YOU DON'T SEE WHICH IN OUR CASE WAS NOTHING. IN THE MEANTIME WE ARE BUYING A $12000 HONDA.

I purchased a Nissan Titan from Erdman in 2011 and decided to try again and I am glad that I did. I received excellent sales support from Joe Hernandez and Gary Farmer who helped educate me as well as work with me to find an optimum deal for all parties and I am now driving a gorgeous 2019 Nissan Titan. I also have received an abundance of great service and feedback from TJ Jennings and Billy Stevens. Erdman has earned my business through reliable service and support of quality products but even moreso by providing exceptional customer service. I appreciate the most how all 4 of these fine gentlemen took the time to listen to me, to understand my driving needs and aspirations, and to work on my behalf to provide the best car buying experience possible.
