Space Coast Honda

I had a recall on my 2009 Honda CRV. As I normally do business with Bob Ross Honda, I called them first. The individual in service with whom I talked basically dismissed the recall, indicating it was more serious if the car had been North. He indicated that they had no parts for the recall. Told me to call back in October. Somewhat dismissive, in my opinion. Finding that hard to believe, I called Space Coast Honda. The lady who answered was gracious. She knew about the recall, and she was very quick to ask me what was convenient for ME. I was stunned. They had the parts....She set the appointment for the following Monday at 9am with Chris Hall. I arrived on time. They welcomed me and were very nice. Took me right into their excellent waiting room, and they proceeded to solve the recall problem. I also spoke with the service manager, whose name I regret not writing down, as he was also top shelf. All in all, they fixed the recall issue, were gracious, and even WASHED my car. Super folks. I bought a car this past Sunday and Bobby Miller was our salesman. It was me and my fiancé, the car was for me and we needed to keep our payments under $400! Bobby got me in a 2019 Honda Civic and it’s beautiful!!! He was so layed back yet still knew what I needed and he made us feel very relaxed and comfortable while he got me an amazing deal and an amazing car with payments I felt very comfortable with! Bobby was amazing and I would highly recommend Space Coast Honda to all my friends and family! I had to bring it back in today for a dent repair and I was in and out in 15 minutes and the service department gave the same great customer service! This dealership is wonderful and I’ll keep going back anytime I’m in the business for a new car! They go above and beyond!

Should avoid this dealer and drive a little further if looking for a new Honda. I’m all for dealers making a profit but when they use lies and deception it is unforgivable. Bobby the salesman and Terry the finance guy are not to be trusted. I’m sure many of these people who gave 5 stars were robbed blind and didn’t even realize it, they certainly do it in a very friendly and efficient manner. The GM encourages this deceptive behavior.

I've been coming here for service the last two years and always find the staff courteous and knowledgeable. Waiting time was a little longer than what I expected but I'm not going to ding them on that, you never know the circumstances. All in all I'll continue to get my Honda serviced here.
