Great Service DOES exist.

Thanks to prompt response to an inquiry about a used car I went to Vatland Honda. Rick Fuss was more than pleasant to work with. I drove out with exactly the car I needed and plan to go back in a few months to purchase a new car. Thanks to Michelle and Rick!

Service was terrific, dealership itself very nice!

Jacques (Jack) Pons was our salesman and we were very pleased by the service we received by him. He was patient, thorough and went out of his way to meet our needs. We love our new Honda Odyssey! The gentlemen behind the scenes in the Finance Department was equally as efficient. Thank you Jack and staff for your hard work, patients and for allowing this experience to be smooth and so pleasant!

Seamless, pleasant purchase experience

Just purchased an Accord Ex-L and I have to say that Vatland Honda lived up to its reputation, and then some. I was courteously greeted before I even entered the showroom and the sales rep that I dealt with (Jacques) was knowledgeable, respectful, informative, but never pushy. He listened to what I had to say, he read the notes that I brought in with me, and only then did he offer me some information and guidance, which in the end helped me to select the best vehicle for my needs and wants. He also introduced me to the people in the service department and I received a brief tour of the facility. The entire place was clean and orderly, spacious and attractive. Thanks, Jacques, for your help and especially for your patience. It took a lot of the stress out of the procedure for me of buying a new car. That has not been the case with other places I've dealt with in the past. That's what I consider true client service.

Great Associate

I just purchased a car at Vatland and I have to say that my Honda associate, Jacques Pons, was extremely professional and patient. He was also very knowledgeable about the Honda product. Jacques took the time to go over all of the technology in the vehicle and even set up the Bluetooth with my phone! Jacques Pons, without question, is an asset to the Vatland staff. If you are looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend that you go in and see Jacques.

If you snooze you loose

After 11 years I decided to trade in my vehicle for a new 2014 Honda CR-V. My husband and I, along with our four legged pet, Duke, met Jacques "Jack" Ponce, our salesman. He was most helpful in guiding us to make the right decision. I went back to work after my test drive, and my husband and Duke stayed with Jack to finish up the paperwork. I expected my husband was to be the first to drive the car out of the showroom and bring the car to my place of work, but that never happened. My husband who usually is very excitable in this type of sales transaction, actually was so relaxed in dealing with Jack, that he and the dog took a nap in the lobby chairs. When he woke up the paperwork was ready for signing. By that time I showed up, and I got to drive the car first out of the showroom. Jack was very apologetic, because it certainly didni't take that many hours to complete the paperwork. Actually, Jack was waiting on my husband to wake up, so he could sign the papers. Letting my husband and his dog fnish their afternoon nap, did allow me to be the first one to drive our new Honda off the showroom floor, and Jack was able to orient me to all the new features of this wonderful vehicle. If you are looking for a salesman who is sincere, thorough, and very patient, ask for Jack. You won't be disappointed.

Just love Vatland Honda and Brandon Stone

We had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle today but because of Brandon Stones courteous and knowledgeable approach, we ended up leaving with a new car and smiles on our faces., all as a result of dealing with Brandon. He is a real asset to your operation and I say THANK YOU BRANDON!!!!!
