I found a vehicle I was looking for on Cars.

I found a vehicle I was looking for on Cars.com. Miami Lakes Automall had plenty of them. Apparently, they want to hold onto them All. I have sent and received numerous emails. I am guessing that they don't read them. Because Lucy Gonzalez, Keyla Romero and Norka Santana have not responded with the information that I asked for. I asked for a copy of the window sticker since their website wouldn't show it. I also asked for an Out The Door Price. It's been 3 days and zero response. I even called and asked to speak to the General Manager. The person who answered forwarded me to their fax machine. I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my lifetime. But, I have never seen so many people in the same dealership so disinterested in selling me a vehicle in my life. I'm thinking if their sales department is this disinterested. I'd hate to have to deal with the service department.

The worst deeler ever this message for Albert Lopez

The worst deeler ever this message for Albert Lopez president Miami lakes auto mall SR how you company selling cars whit not inspection? My runner no good tires leak oil no mats filter destroyed a lot problems whit alignment terrible situation so forced me in the contract 3 fee about services ? I never request nothing LoJack and 2 more services so 1395 total Cost in this moment nothing activation about lo jack in my email nothing received about this service ? The manager extremely Ruth no water no coffee no nothing I have to fight to cancel this services and refund my money I buy cash this car so how you company work Mr Lopez ? I still waiting for the financial person no awnser ? The manager Robert super Ruth unprofessional and cero customer service unveiling this problem whit you company I continue waiting and nothing the sales only send the problem to the manager de la Vega no available never in the deeler selling cars used and never inspected carfax reflect inspection complet is a lie nothing check i spend more that 2000 dls is fit all problems I have receipt but minimum you can’t doing Mr Lopez is refund thus services 1395 because this situation is inaceptable the deeler lie to me in this car so I need cancellation the services refund and no problem thanks a lisandra for you time y attention thanks again I hope Vega o Lopez give the order to Sergio in financial for cancellation and refund y deserve and is my right I’m no recomendet ever this deeler I’m no comeback ever for my another car in cash

The problems is pass the message and don’t happened nothing this problem Need fix immediately GM Vega o Albert Lopez call me directly I need cancellation serviced and refund Sergio in financial never awnser and see my Texs unprofessional staff I don’t care the customer how spend more money in you deeler when you company charge for services? Not availables ? Refund money and cancellation services and don’t told me the same xx about the owner not allowed cancelled the services is ilegal and the deeler knows but not cancellation is profit for the deeler

Customer service for service department was not up to par

Customer service for service department was not up to par with other dealerships. Very disappointing. My wife had a very bad experience with a car that we only had for a week with less then 500 miles on it.
