Whenever I go to get my car serviced, I am greeted with the amazing attention that Steven Brundidge give. He let's me know what could possibly be wrong and the time it will take to fix. He is a true joy to work with. Having your car serviced can feel very overwhelming but Steven provides the best service possible and make me feel at ease.

When I arrived there was no one after a few minutes pass

When I arrived there was no one after a few minutes pass someone came with a lazy attitude/ this rep search my information they advised me that I need to pay for the services , after a few minutes this rep find out that it was not my information/ he had told me that takes only 1 hrs since there was no cars but a the ends u got upset for the time pass and I stay there almost 2 1/2 Very bad customer services

The price that was coated to me, I paid substantially

The price that was coated to me, I paid substantially more! After signing the paperwork I waited 2 for my brand new car to be washed

Wife went in for an oil change today 1/25, and she left

Wife went in for an oil change today 1/25, and she left the dealer and no paper was given to her or receipt of the process, then she calls me that her car is flashing low oil pressure while driving home, so she took the car right back to the dealer, and they said they they had forgotten to put a washer on the oil section and the oil was gone, so she actually drove dripping oil. Then they put new oil again and fix the washer issue, and we came home. I opened the hood and they had also left all the screws for the intake completely loose and oil residue on all the hoses, I mean they just don't care. I will following up with jeep!!
