Thanks for all your help. I had no idea what I wanted but Shawn took the time to show me all the thing about the car that would make my life easy. I was looking in a different direction, thanks to Shawn I now am in a CR-V and could not be more happy. Also thanks to the Mgr. Sean!! Wow you guys really impressed me and I will be sending all my friends and family to check you guys out.

Got my first brand new vehicle with community Honda and my amazing sales person Cory!! He was the best not pushy, gave me options and taught me everything I need to know about my new car!! What a great experience I’m definitely going to refer my friends and family!!

I bought a 2025 Honda Accord hybrid. My salesman was Carlos. He was very helpful. Worked hard with me. Listen to all my stuff and I would tell my friends about this place and tell him to come see Carlos.

My experience at Community Honda of Orland Park was 5 star. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman Cory Gonzales. I walked into Honda with my check engine light on from an older civic and unfortunately it was beyond repair. I then had the option to lease or purchase a new car. I was not mentally or financially prepared to do either. Figuratively speaking Cory held my hand throughout the whole process. I was very overwhelmed and his approach of being relaxed, genuine, and knowledgeable made the process so seamless and easy. I felt zero pressure from him. He made me feel like I deserved my beautiful new Honda Prologue when I at one point felt I was anything but deserving of a new car. He was a salesman at the beginning of the process and by the end he was friend. He has followed up with me with any questions I have had. Community Honda of Orland Park’s service department all the way to finance department made my car experience a positive one. I will be back! Thank you again Community Honda and Cory Gonzales!!!!

The dealership was very welcoming and friendly. I did not feel pressured into getting into a certain vehicle. The options were great as well! Shawn was excellent and provided me with every piece of information I needed without be overbearing. Shawn helped me through the entire process and I felt confident in my purchase. He was also very truthful throughout the process and I would definitely recommend seeing Shawn for your next vehicle purchase.

My salesman was Cory, I came in and explained to him my situation and how I was working with a certain monthly budget and that was all I could afford. He showed me a couple cars that would fit in my budget and I am happy to say I found the perfect car and even better was the car came in under my budget. The dealership is very clean and each employee shoes empathy for those that are shopping for new vehicles. My sales have been from Carlos Regalado. He has gone above my expectations, fully explaining details that I as a customer wouldn’t have known as well as recommending the best vehicle that suites my vision. I have overall purchased 3 cars from Carlos, Ford f150, Ford fusión, and a Chevy Trax all within my budget and comfort. The best of it all is that I am comfortable in seeking advice on new vehicles with the best information that is available coming from a dealer salesman. The cherry on top, is the pricing of how well everything is broken down into and Carlos guides the financial aspect and having a desired vehicle.
