Best salesman ever!

Best salesman ever! Raul Hernandez was amazing. I went to the dealer to look for a Chevy Tahoe with a diesel engine And other extras. They didn’t have it at the time, however, Raul Hernandez was diligent and communicating with me and sending me pictures and information of incoming vehicles within a span of two months. He finally got the car that I was wanting! A beautiful black on black Tahoe, Diesel, with the extras! He was the best salesman I’ve come across. Never gave up! I have already recommended Raul Hernandez and this dealer to a friend of mine. The finance team and floor manager were also amazing. And made it a smooth transition to leave with the carrot that I wanted!

I bought a used 2019 Chev Colorado, that was advertised

I bought a used 2019 Chev Colorado, that was advertised on the web site. The one picture was not even of the actual truck. I had to wait for two weeks for it because it was waiting parts. On the drive home that afternoon the check engine lite came on, I notified my salesman right then. He called me back three days later and told me to make an appointment with the service department, and I told him I needed a loaner, he will check and call me back. No return call so I had to call him again. His boss said "NO" to a loaner car. I decided to try another Autonation Dealer. I call AutoNation Chevrolet Airport . They told me they would take care of my problems. They fixed the check engine lite, which was two problems, and a cost of $1158.00, and performed a safety inspection. They advised me that the truck needs brake rotors, I said I just bought the truck and they said they were bad and that they would never let that out of their shop like that. So now I am upset with Autonation Coral Gables, and the way I was treated. Did they ever do a safety inspection ? I will never buy anything from them again.
