Great experience. Marin was patient and knowledgeable and made my selection a seamless process. The vehicle was delivered in a professional manner and spotless. Jessica in finance, as always was welcoming. Her attention to all the closing papers and warranty options was very detailed. I am a long term Land Rover customer and the acquisition of my 2024 Discovery exceeded expectations. BIG THANK YOU TO LAND ROVER FORT LAUDERDALE!!

I have a 2023 Defender the back door lock stopped working

I have a 2023 Defender the back door lock stopped working so I called the dealership to make an appointment for repair and I asked for a loaner car and was told if you want a loaner car you have to make a appointment 3 weeks in advance. I do not understand how this worked because I cannot plan 3 weeks in advance for my car to break down.. But I felt it would not be safe to leave my car unlocked for 3 weeks. My service advisor who is very knowledgeable and very nice said he would try to get it done quickly and even checked to see if parts were in stock before I left it. Well apparently the part was not in stock so the try getting it from another dealer and it ended up being the wrong part. So he said they were sending another one the next day and it should be ready. But no one has replied to my text or let me know it wasn’t gonna be ready. So tomorrow will be a week without a car which is unacceptable considering how much this car cost. Also several months ago someone vandalized my car and broke the passenger side window it took 3 weeks to get a replacement from land rover.. l actually love the car but I regret buying it because of the service.

We are always very well taken care of by our service

We are always very well taken care of by our service advisor Hila. She is very responsive, friendly, patient and knowledgeable! The waiting area is quite nice too! I can sit and get my work done in a beautiful quiet space. And, they have a wonderful coffee machine that makes great lattes, cappuccino or whatever you fancy while you’re waiting for your car. I highly recommend asking for Hila! She is THE BEST service advisor and will take great care of you!!
