Auto Show Sales & Service

Awful experience. No phone calls were returned, both sales people I worked with had an attitude of "I can care less", after working through loan details I was told the car had sold???, then the sales person pretended as if i had been interested in another car... One of the sales people had an argument with his manager while I was on the phone with him(Did not mute the speaker). The deal might be great but not worth dealing with the unprofessionalism of the staff. Stay away.

Scam artists they want you A birth and social and your address before they even do anything or work any kind of offers.

It has been a living nightmare purchasing a vehicle from the place. I would not purchase from this company ever again. Buyer beware. I'm telling you you'll regret it if you do from beginning to end.

AUTOSHOW IN PLANTATION FL. Worst experience ever, Their incompetence is overwhelming! Lies and more lies, after 2 months of screw ups after screw up in their management dept, to include owner and daughter, along with less then honorable sales person! (Mouin) They managed to screw everything up! The contract, registration, title, service department that almost got me killed by installing bald tires, had to stop and get new tires just to get home after spinning the truck into a ditch, took pictures of the tires and copy of police report! Management and saleman claim oversite on the service department? Truck had no jack and means of changing a tire! They did nothing!!! Just more lies!!! No follow-up on anything ! had to go to DMV to get my title, that is still in the wrong name and still have to go back to DMV to correct the title and registration! They are morally unethical!!!! They have a 3 star rating on one site and 5 star on another! That should be illegal! Dont buy the xx! Do your homework! Buyer beware!!! And mine was a cash deal! I can only imagine the what the screw ups if I had financed it!!!! Wish I could have afforded bring criminal charges against them!!!! Read all the reviews not just their Fake and censored ones.! These people shouldnt be in Business! They are morally bankrupt !!!!!

a minute ago NEW Honestly, at this point, I would leave ZERO stars if that were an option! I have been dealing with this dealer for over two weeks and it’s been a nightmare since the moment they received my deposit! I had approvals for vehicles and put a deposit online since I was out of town to reserve when one was sold that I put a deposit on. After that I found a second vehicle to use for my bank approval and have been waiting a week and a half calling trying to get my contracts from PHILIP CONLEY who never seems to be at work! He has lied and said that they were on the way and lied every time he stated he would call back he never did. Philip Conley that works for Autoshow is an absolute liar and a disgrace to this industry and the fact that this dealership hires and stands behind someone of this poor morals and work ethic is a disgrace! Multiple calls speaking to sales managers and trying to get a resolution and 2 1/2 weeks later getting my money back. Well requesting it as I don’t have it in my bank so we will see if it actually comes! Stay far away from this dealership And if you still decide to do business with them trust me when I say run far far away if you’re deal ends in the hands of PHILIP CONLEY! This man is a liar and will gas light you for weeks to have nothing to show for anything! Not to mention during one call he bragged about how he has better things to do than he at their dealership. Terrible terrible experience dealing with this business and Phil!

Let me start by saying I know I made 3 mistakes 1trusting a salesman 2buying a car online n signing the paperwork without a test drive & 3being too eager to buy my first car. I bought a 2019 ford mustang gt from Autoshow late October of 2022 & it was literally the worst experience buying a car ever. GINO-the salesman who sold me the car. -lied to me multiple times saying the car was “like brand new” with NO ISSUES -sold me a car w a bad aftermarket exhaust (cats were to small for the car, exhaust leaks due to the use of different sized pipes) and with an engine light that was not mentioned or shown in pictures -QUIT right after the sold me the car…. FRANCISCO, another salesman, took over after Gino, i was patient with him until kept telling me he would look into it n call me back but never would.. that went on for a week or 2.. -refused to give me his GM’s name or number AMIN BAKER, the GM & leader of this “dealership”! When I finally found his contact somewhere on google after Francisco refused to give me his information, Amin was no help at all. I only talked to him twice because every other time he was out of his office or he would leave me on hold -after going to my local ford dealership, where they told me the engine light was due to the small catalytic converters basically choking the engine, and getting a quote for a new exhaust system that was around $1700, was less than the stock exhaust that’s on back order.. this guy only offered me $500.. After 3 weeks of calling this dealership, nothing was done n I gave up because it was causing me too much stress.. I just hope no one else falls victim to these guys.. I want to call them what they really are but I’m afraid the review will get flagged n taken down

Andre was my salesperson and let me tell you I walked in and left with a car! Everything with Andre was smooth and clean!! He said he would get me driving today and he did just that!! I’m super happy! Come see Andre he got you!!!
