The dealership took 3 months to fix my car.

The dealership took 3 months to fix my car. They “replaced my engine” which ended up breaking as soon as I left the dealer because they forgot to connect the air pump to the engine. And the damaged the outside of the car when they fixed the car the first time. Then the engine they installed broke after 100 miles. They then took 2 months to fix the car the second time. And still gave it back to me with MORE broken body damage. And then tried to hide documents from me. Save your self the time and trouble. Do NOT use this dealership for service ever. You have been warned.

Buyer beware.

Buyer beware.Bought a 2020 CPO Pallisade here. They made many promises but never delivered. Car had a dead battery that failed 3 weeks after purchase. Not their fault they said. No tire jack kit in the trunk, I ended up buying it. And the car kept pulling to the right. Needed alignment at another shop. They said it was okay .... King Hyundai clearly over promises. None were corrected when discussed.Verbally talking without doing what is being said. Just, we will take care of it. Never did. Clearly, they set the tone of the mentality of the company philosophy. Talk, promise but don't deliver. So buyer beware. Shop around and find better prices and service. I end up paying for all promises not kept by this dealership !!
