My husband and I had an incredible experience with the team at Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach! Everyone was so nice and friendly; the entire experience was very easy without any stress. The sales personnel were extremely accommodating, friendly and not pushy at all. There weren’t any well-suited finance individuals waiting to meet with you to try to push you to purchase unnecessary and expensive warranties. All the warranty options were presented to us with exact costs so we could choose exactly what would be right for us. Our sales associates were Kiauna and Carrie who were so wonderful and stayed with us throughout the entire purchasing process. The manager, Michael, was just as friendly and down to earth as the sales personnel. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality vehicle while having an amazing purchasing experience to go visit the team at Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach. You will not be disappointed!

Justin was so knowledgeable and kind. He was not pushy in any way and made this whole experience so effortless. What an amazing young man to have on your team! I didnt think buying a car would be so hassle-free. Besides his amazing customer service he was so understanding of what I wanted and did his best to get me in a vehicle I really loved and he succeeded. I'm super happy with my purchase. We went to Grieco to test drive a CX5. We had appointments at two other dealerships that day to test drive their makes of cars. My Wife went for a test drive with the Salesman (Diego) and upon returning to the Dealership, said she wanted this car and wanted to give Diego the business. The Dealership gave us a great price and we closed the deal. From the Sales Manager (Alex) to the Finance Manager (Rodney) to the Salesman (Diego), all were very professional, very friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Dealership!

Service writer was very professional. My only complaint, though minor, was the car was not washed or vacuumed. I've dealt with the Nisson store across the street and my vehicle was always cleaned after my visit.
