Wrong car in picture.

Wrong car in picture. Did not get roof rack. Had to talk to 6 different people as part of the purchase process. I don’t want to meet the sales manager, finance manager, and Dan. It is disorienting! I tried to speed up the process by emailing documents in advance to no avail. Was not told car was not at dealership blew $120 on Ubers. Finance paperwork messed up so I have to resign everything? Please do not contact me.

Great team, and great overall experience.

Great team, and great overall experience. There was a slight mis communication between the sales manager and the finance guy, BUT it got taken care of and I walked out paying exactly what I was hoping for the car I wanted. My only "complaint" was i was there a LONG time...longer then I feel I should have been as there really wasn't any haggling or "what about this, what about that?" But overall, a great experience

I noticed shady practices from the original price

I noticed shady practices from the original price negotiate to the service dept. if I wasn’t aware I would have overplayed by 10k. It was wild honestly. I was promised gift cards and still have not received them. The service dept did not do a thorough job of diagnostics but it took 3 hours. Not recommending anyone here
