Zoltan made the process of buying my new Mercedes, through European Delivery, seamless. I felt like I was visiting a friend each time we met and trusted... that he would ensure minimal complications. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to accommodate me, taking the time to walk me to the offices of others within the dealership. He was, always, polite, respectful, patient and available. All the people I dealt with at Crown Eurocars in Pinellas Park, including Tony , Jessica, Rob, Patrick are worthy of 5 star ratings. Who could ask for more.

Found my way to Crown Eurocars chasing a purchase of a used car. I had a Hyundai Azera in mind. Driving up to and walking around a dealership filled with... new Mercedes vehicles made me feel a bit like a fish out of water. I was like "Hi, I'm here to look at the used Hyundai" :P The entire staff quickly made me feel at ease, especially Saied Navab in sales. Immaculate showroom, exceptional service, fair deal and genuine people. "I am going to go fill up your tank before you leave" keeps ringing in my ear. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

I don't even know where to begin with how highly I think of this place! About 7 years ago I walked into this same dealership and it felt stuffy and uncomfortable.... Well, fast forward 7 years and GM Daniel Morris, sales manager Daniel Bellemare, the finance department Jessica Scarboro and the ridiculously efficient Rob Wilson, the best salesman ever Mo, the calm-cool-thorough Tony Citron (who even answered my text while he was on vacation!), and let's not forget Tim and Shelley in service (my 2020 GTR caught a nail in a tire and I was outfitted with a loaner in 5 minutes and never haggled by the tire and rim insurance or dealership one time despite only having it less than a month). My particular transaction was unlike anything most of them have ever come across and there was a slight delay in the wire transfer. Not once did anyone question the authenticity or sincerity of my interests in the vehicles and all the while they made me feel like part of the family. To add icing on the cake they even graciously patronized my family's business. I could go on and on until I have blisters on my fingers but I'll sum it all up as "WOW!" Sure, it's easy to work at a place that sells a great product like Mercedes Benz but it is impossible to fake sincerity and appreciation for customers' business and this is what you will always get at Crown Eurocars.

I would like to say thank you to Taylor McDeavitt for excellent customer support and her willingness to answer all of my questions concerning the features,... technical description, and purchase price of of a 2017 Mercedes E400, cabriolet. She provided great communication and follow up to my concerns on trade in value of my 2012 BMW 535I and some paint touch up and minor repair on the front bumper. Her highly successful sales negotiation skills and the astute manner in which she interacted with me and the sales manager resulted in a most satisfying purchase experience. You have have gained another loyal customer!

Having Zoltan Krempaszky as our salesman was the first time that we totally enjoyed the car buying process. Zoltan has total mastery of the sales process... and has achieved the Maestro level of customer relations. He made us feel totally comfortable from greeting us to putting on our license plate at 9:30 PM - well past closing time. He is friendly, polite, and we now consider him a permanent friend. If Zoltan was selling Yugos we would probably want to buy one from him! Our highest evaluation possible in comparison to every other auto salesman we have had in the last 50 years. Zoltan Rules!
