I scheduled an appointment for my 2017 Honda CRV for an oil change and tire rotation. Tyler Smith was very pleasant to work with. I had one issue which... in my opinion could have been a safety hazard. I had my car in for service on a Thursday and on Saturday I had found a lug nut in the driveway of my development and decided to pick it up. I then checked my CRV and the lug nut was from my vehicle. I immediately called the dealership and they told me to bring it in and they would check and be sure all the other lug nuts were tightened properly. The service department was very accommodating and as soon as I arrived a service tech took my car and took care of my issue and stated he did not find any other lug nuts that were not properly fastened. Everyone I dealt with did an outstanding job.

This was my first service at Germain after moving to the Naples area. What was to be a simple oil/filter change turned into a dead battery the week before.... The dealership got me in right away, changed out the battery and performed the service as well that was scheduled for the next week. I was very pleased to have worked with Jacob Lange who kept me informed and got me in and out within an hours time. Purchased a new Honda Accord recently at Germain Honda. I find this dealership to be dishonest. I bought a brand new car that has a paint chip next to... the drivers side door handle. All this dealership has ever done is ask me to call. I was left a message ???we would like you to call so we can discuss the scratch on your car???. They can???t even get it right. All along I have said it was a paint chip. This dealership never showed good faith. They offered touch up paint. They know I live out of town but could care less about putting it in the mail. It???s unacceptable to buy a brand new car with chipped paint. I was told the car was driven by a manager and the car only had a couple thousand miles. Dishonest! The car had over 2,940 miles. I highly recommend dealing with another dealership.

1. Waited over 10 minutes in the sun while four empty cars blocked the incoming service lane 2. Had an appointment at 1pm, makes no difference admits the... service tech, they take first come first served 3. They had no paperwork ready for receiving me even though I purchased the car from them and had it serviced once already. 4. TWO HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation! 5. Convinced me to do a tire rotation on a new car with only 6200 miles 6. No car wash on site, so got a coupon to a car wash two miles away... I don't think so! Not happy!
