My experience at Honda Germain was excellent.

My experience at Honda Germain was excellent. The staff were very polite and professional. Christopher Elan was the agent that took care of my recall and he showed to be very professional and friendly. He notified me about a possible delay in the inspection process however the inspection was done before I expected. I rate my experience with Chris as excellent !

We worked with Seref Denizeri and he was excellent.

We worked with Seref Denizeri and he was excellent. His patience and experience came in particularly handy when we bought one car and trade it in again 2 weeks later because it was too big for our needs. He worked with Audrey and Jose to get us the best deal and to find the exact car we decided on and bring it to the lot for us. As a matter of fact, we agreed on a 2025 and when they couldn't find it, they brought and gave us a 2026 for the same price! Now that is going above and beyond.

POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE!

POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE!! I was getting numbers and then put in a credit app. I then didn’t hear back for hours and when I heard back they told me the car sold. I’ve been in car sales and you never sell a car when there is a credit app on it. They will sell the car out from under you!!!
