And a lot of hand-holding along the way, we we able to purchase the HONDA CR-V HYBRID TOURING that we'd been waiting since MARCH for...To be fair, we'd... not pre-ordered a car, but eagerly awaited the arrival of the new hybrid so we could purchase one, having been so pleased with our 2017 CR-V. Wael Azizyah has since gone into the finance department, so our sale was facilitated by Dale Harrell, Audrey Bennett and Ana Maria. The car, along with all necessary paperwork was delivered to us in Sanibel, where we were able to complete the sale, comfortably and in compliance with social distancing in mind. We really apprecaited the timeliness and ease (once the car was on the lot) with which the sale was completed. Thank you, ALL.

The service was good, but it needn't have happened. It took us more than six weeks to get the second key fob for our new 2020 Accord. We called multiple... times before someone finally ordered a new fob and then I got to wait over an hour for the fob to be programmed. Who lost the second fob to b3gin with and what did it take six plus weeks to get a replacement?

Erica Melchiore in the Honda Service Dept.was very helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. She helped get our Honda serviced quickly and thoroughly.... The entire dealership and service bays were extremely clean, employees wore masks and they covered the steering wheel and seats in plastic before servicing.
