Tristian was very easy to work with. He went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered and also gave us useful information about the car. He was polite and even followed up with us after we took delivery at least 3 or 4 times to make sure we were happy and if there was anything else he could help us with.

As the owner of many Acuras in the past and a current owner of an MDX and an RDX, I do not need to be sold on the value and reliability of the product. With the thought that I would want to replace the MDX with the smaller RDX, I stopped in the showroom to investigate. Marvin Guerrier was non-pressure and a huge help. Plus, he pulled out an RDX that was exactly what I wanted. Who could say "no"? It is now mine, and I love it!

I live in North Carolina and bought my car long distance. The entire staff including Omar and Armando treated me like I was their favorite customer. Communication was A+. They worked with me on the deal and with shipping the car to me in NC. I could not have asked to have been treated better. Despite the 934 mile diistance I will likely buy my next car from them.......really it was that good.

We purchased our second MDX from Norm and Naples Acura. Dealing with Norm and Zack (Sales manager) was a pleasure and very easy transaction, especially living 3 hours away. Every concern was addressed and the transaction was without worry. I will not hesitate to do business with them again.

When we initially arrived another member of the sales team started to help us, but he had an upcoming appointment so he had Norm help us. They were both great to deal with - Norm took his time explaining all of the options we had. Even though the car we wanted wasn’t currently on the lot it was ordered and we picked it up the following week. This is our first MDX and Norm was great showing us the trunk configuration and every button in the car .. even how to program the garage door! Top notch service from sales, to finance and the extra parts we ordered. We also loved swapping pet photos!! Highly recommend Naples Acura and Norm!
