We were very fortunate to have Norm as our salesman. Norm exceeded our expectations in every way. Norm was pleasant and easy to talk to, never any pressure, Norm worked with us until our needs and concerns were satisfied with the lease. Norm was very efficient with all the "paper work" explaining the entire process step by step. When we picked up our Acura ADX, Norm explained all the details to my anxious wife. Norm was very patient and spent as much time as we needed to be confident and comfortable with our new car. Everyone that we encountered made us feel welcomed and valued. In addition, Ron Belson (Finance) was friendly, professional and efficient. I truly enjoyed our experience at Naples Acura.
