Driving Ford products since 1956 and purchased a MKC from Germain in 2015 with a service contract. Never had a service issue previously, but recently... a new Servise Advisor named Cherie waited on me. I wanted an oil change which was prepaid under the service contract. She said she would look the car over under the 30,000 maintenance inspection and I asked her to check the battery in the car's remote. I was shocked to be handed a bill for almost $750.00. She changed wiper blades, filters and the automatic transmission oil, which wasn't due until over 100,000 miles. I complained, but Service Manager Justin smiled and said,"Look how happy your wife will be since you took such good care of her car." She was not happy and neither am I. We will never deal with Germain again. Good thing the oil Change was prepaid or the bill would have been over $800.00.
My service rep, Cheryl Rehkopf, did a great job in setting up appointment and service including the delivery/swap of a loaner vehicle. Everything went... according to plan and I got some things done while the car was away. Nice benefit! Germain is a well run dealership with very comfortable facilities if one stays there while the service is done.
Love the pickup/return with loaner service. There was a snafu with a delay in pickup and Scott handled it masterfully! They really provide great customer... service.
I’ve own Lincoln cars since 1999. Not only it’s a great car but the dealership is excellent. I have been dealing with Naples Lincoln since 2004. Very friendly... staff and great service. My personal service person is Scott Moessner. He is very courteous and professional. When I call he already knows who I am. Lincoln’s service department is all the better with having Scott Moessner.
Cherie Rehkopf had the difficult task of telling me that my cherished, but ageing, Town Car needed some extensive work. She handled it brilliantly. A... loaner was whisked around. I had it for the weekend. Every detail was explained. And I asked for a lot of detail, no doubt to the exasperation of the mechanics. Cherie - caught in the middle - was calm and charming. And the car now runs beautifully. Unwanted expense, but a good experience. Thank you, Cherie.
