Pietro was excellent to work with.

I felt like an important person.

I felt like an important person. Everyone was friendly and I enjoyed a cup of coffee with a snack. The work on my car was done in a timely fashion.

Nice looking place.

Nice looking place. They expected me at the time we agreed. I found a comfortable place to sit. The TV volume was turned low enough so I could read and I waited while the car was serviced. I had to find someone to pour a coffee- it was great coffee. The car was ready quickly and continues to work well. The cost of the service was about what I expected.

In trying to fix front camera, they disabled the rear

In trying to fix front camera, they disabled the rear camera, which always worked properly…. Also, charged me instead of warranting. The right front tire was leaking, and although they rotated the tires… it still shows low. Worse dealer for service I regret selling my Chevy Acadia for a Lincoln Nautilus. Dealer knew this was to be a tow vehicle when it was ordered. Germain does minimal to assist in knowledge or financially. Julia is the bright spot, and very nice through all of this however. She is the service writer. Thank you
