Careful who you’re dealing with.

Careful who you’re dealing with. If you like scammy sales people and managers , this place is full of them. This dealership tacks on so many fees and they do not negotiate and the sales manager Brian doesn’t even call customers back. They are rude . Their so called luxury dealership, according to sales manager Jacob who defended their higher add on fees, has no customer lounge , it’s an old building and disgusting bathrooms. Our sales rep knew nothing and we found out he wasn’t even employed by the dealership yet - he was just seeing if he liked it. What kind of service is that letting him in a car with us during the test drive. They obviously don’t need the business.

Another great Service experience.

Another great Service experience. The Service Advisors are excellent. It's easy to schedule on line. The quality of the work is always great. And, the communication throughout the experience is outstanding.

Had an awesome experience today.Monica was very knowledgeable,courteous,explained all the details and above all gave us a better deal than Brandon Honda dealer.Gary was also very friendly and helpful.

Shady, deceptive, liars which ever you choose to call

Shady, deceptive, liars which ever you choose to call them. From the general sales manager, Bryan Anderson, who agreed to fix a part and then said as is with no repair, to another salesman trying to cut a deal behind my sales person’s back while he was off work that day. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. I have never seen so much deception in one place by so many people. Let’s talk about Jimmy who gave me a “price out the door” which quickly changed to an extra $3500 when my salesman tried to close the deal.

We have always had our car serviced at Alex Karras. The last time 12/23/24 we had one of our best experiences. Logan was clear and took the time to explain each detail. Always felt we were getting the best service we could get

Recently had my Lincoln serviced at Alex Karras.

Recently had my Lincoln serviced at Alex Karras. Service included new battery, new wipers all around and routine service. From arrival to departure entire process was top notch. Service Rep Hunter was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Was in and out in approximately 1-1/2 hrs including complimentary car wash Job well done!!
