Misleading online advertising 3 vehicle s were priced on

Misleading online advertising 3 vehicle s were priced on line 7000 off the price said they all had deposit on them and were going to be picked up on Saturday this was Wednesday night at 8 pm I called the next morning and they said all 3 were picked up all ready I believe that they do this to get people in the store I am going to get with the state and South East Toyota and try to get some answers

Do NOT trust or use this dealership.

Do NOT trust or use this dealership. They advertised a 2024 4runner on line - confirmed it was available - scheduled a time for me to come in and test drive it - and then when I arrived - after driving for over an hour - I was informed that they not only didn't have that vehicle - they didn't have ANY 4 runners except for a 2021 used one. No apology - no acceptance of responsibility for their fraud -nothing but - "well how about this vehicle instead." Con artists, frauds, and the worst possible example of a lack of integrity possible. Do not walk - RUN from this dishonorable, disrespectful, and amoral excuse of a dealership. Shameful.

I don’t write many reviews but I felt one employee

I don’t write many reviews but I felt one employee deserved to be recognized. Celenne M, the Title Clerk. After leasing a car from another Gettel location more than two months ago, she inherited my problems. The title, tags and registration had to be transferred from another state. Additionally, I had numerous changes in paperwork to do and temporary tags to change out. It has been a frustrating situation. And took a lot of work. She constantly kept in touch with me and took care of everything without me having to contact her. This is made it could’ve been a really difficult and unhappy experience a good one. Thank you

Group of liars!

Group of liars! Wish i could give 0 stars but I'll just say this... You're dealing with liars that are wasting your time. Their word does not worth the ink it's written with. Do yourself a favor and find an honest dealership that is not only after money and also care about the customer.

Not satisfied how financing was done.

Not satisfied how financing was done. They added in two fees, auto butler for $ 1286.00 and door edge guard for $299. Shady practice as I pointed out to salesperson that I would not be paying for these items before we were sent finance dept. Shame on me for not looking at line item by line item on documents. My advice don't let the fancy electronic table fool you, ask for a paper copy so that you can review it all before signing. They snuck the charges in, and I signed the paperwork. Then they email you your copies. I tried to have it removed the next day but was told I could not. I would not recommend Gettel Toyota of Bradenton to anyone. Very unsatisfied customer. Hard to believe that they would not try to work out issue.

I bought a 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross with the help of Joe Rodriguez and Alex Alvarado. I had an outstanding experience working with them They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the process. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and they helped me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. What impressed me most was their professionalism and willingness to answer all of my questions without any pressure. I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind, and their friendly, approachable attitude made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

My previous review centered on the purchase experience of

My previous review centered on the purchase experience of a Camry coming off lease. Carrie was wonderful and it was an overall pleasant experience. While I'll try not to judge a business based on one individual my recent experience with a service rep, Briana, was far from acceptable. I called the dealership several weeks ago to arrange an oil change and get an update on the air bag recall. Briana promised to get right back to me with more information but three days later still no return call. I followed up and Briana told me that she took a few days off (her schedule indicated she'd be working). No new information was supposedly available on the recall so I asked for her direct extension and that I would call her in a couple of weeks. I did call as indicated and left a message. After no return call for another few days I went to the dealership site and requested a service appointment and planned to get any update on the recall when I arrived. Almost a week later she called me with no apology for the late response only to say she noticed I had already booked an appointment and that she had taken a vacation. When I told her I was upset that there was no return call and that no one covered for her while she was vacationing she attempted to deflect these shortcomings and implied it was my fault. She said that I could have called someone else and then went so far as to ask if I returned calls when I go on vacation. The answer is YES, when I was working I returned calls when on vacation and I also left a voicemail message with TWO additional contacts in the case of an emergency (with phone numbers and email addresses). This is a customer satisfaction business and to blame a customer for her/the dealership's shortcomings is ridiculous and incredibly poor oversight/training. Perhaps this was a back-to-back coincidence but not returning calls as promised or following up in a timely basis is totally unacceptable.

Read the fine print, the price advertised on cars.com does not include a "New, Pre-owned and Certified vehicle pricing excludes $2995 Gettel Premier Care" and $1000 trade and $1000 finance credit. If you are not trading and paying cash the price is $5000 more than advertised. Cars.com needs to crack down on these shady dealer practices and get them to list the actual price..
