Avoid these folks. If you feel inclined to do business with them, ask the tough questions, arm yourself with some industry knowledge of car dealership scams on youtube. Buyer beware. My review: Test drove a used truck and were misled about the number and severity of accidents it had by their social media post (red flag). The sales rep claimed ignorance on knowing anything about the vehicle (red flag). When we noticed the air bag was missing and the steering stuck on turns and lane changes, the dealership refused to address because, even though these are massive safety issues, the vehicle was being sold "as-is" (red flag). Their quote for out the door pricing included a 38% uplift on the vehicle price (red flag) and included massively marked up and overlapping fees for things like e-filing and tags (red flag). It also included two rip-off packages that they wouldn't agree to remove (red flag).

I purchased a car in Sept of 2024 with Gettel. I did not receive copies of my paperwork after the purchase. I tried 3 times to get the finance office to send me electronic copies but had no luck. Then during tax season (April 2025), I reached out with 5 voice mails and two emails (one to the finance manger and one to the general manager). I never got a single response. This is such BAD business to not respond to my inquiries. I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

This has the worst serivce i've ever experieced.
This has the worst serivce i've ever experieced. I bought my care from this dealership and got the pre-paid service plan. Every time i come for an oil change they leave you waiting in your car for 15 minutes before the come out and check you in, then it takes them more than 1.5 hours for them to do the service. I've had my car for over 4 years not and i counting the days till my pre-paid plan is over so i can never come to this dealership again. All the do is make you waste you time in a lobby full of sales people that all they do is want and absolutely no business is done.

If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. Deceptive from the start. Internet promised a price if we came in. Once in price was up 5000.00. playing different sales people off of each other. Tom on the phone, then another Roxanne. Then Hector who felt so insulted that we would be angry we were promised one price and then quoted another... This type of car selling is what gives car salesmen a bad reputation.. Don not buy a car from these folks they are deceptive, slimy, and lack any online of compassion and decency..... Stay far away😜

Misleading online advertising 3 vehicle s were priced on line 7000 off the price said they all had deposit on them and were going to be picked up on Saturday this was Wednesday night at 8 pm I called the next morning and they said all 3 were picked up all ready I believe that they do this to get people in the store I am going to get with the state and South East Toyota and try to get some answers

They advertised a 2024 4runner on line - confirmed it was available - scheduled a time for me to come in and test drive it - and then when I arrived - after driving for over an hour - I was informed that they not only didn't have that vehicle - they didn't have ANY 4 runners except for a 2021 used one. No apology - no acceptance of responsibility for their fraud -nothing but - "well how about this vehicle instead." Con artists, frauds, and the worst possible example of a lack of integrity possible. Do not walk - RUN from this dishonorable, disrespectful, and amoral excuse of a dealership. Shameful.
