I went in for a simple oil change, in the morning. Of course never just an oil change they tell you everything else that should be done. After declining all the additional work my oil change takes them over3 hours! I will not be back and recommend you do not bring a car here for service!

We first bought a car from Hendrick Honda in 2007. Michael Knight was our salesman then as we bought a Honda Element. Our experience was so easy and actually enjoyable, we bought a second car from him in 2010. This year, we talked to Michael but mostly worked with Tony Bradford and had another excellent experience. Hendrick Honda does a great job of showing their fleet of cars, helping decide if any are right for your needs, and are not pushy about the purchase of the vehicle. I have never been a person that writes reviews, and I've certainly never been a person that enjoys car dealerships, but I always feel comfortable driving onto the Hendrick Honda lot, knowing I'm going to get the best service possible. We have also taken our cars for service at the facility numerous times and have had excellent experiences with that, as well. Thank you Michael and Tony for providing great sales service during the purchase of now three cars from your lot. We will definitely be back with you in about a year when we get another car as our teenager hits the open roads and we all run for cover.
