From when we first walked onto the lot, through to the purchase, our experience at Bob Boast VW was professional and pleasant. What a nice group of people to work with. They were knowledgeable and patient. When subsequently we had to have a maintenance issue dealt with they got right after it and made sure we had transportation. Always happy to answer our questions and, importantly, the guys were always contactable and returned calls.

This car purchase from time in to driving out of the lot in my brand new beautiful 2019 Jetta... was 3 hours! This included looking, driving, choosing, completing an application, approval, a little negotiation and signing on the lines. David is thorough and very VW knowledgeable. I rated a three only due to paperwork. I bought a cut and dry type vehicle. I bought a 1993 Jeep Wrangler. This was sold “AS IS”. It’s seen better days but a decent vehicle. My salesman was Robert Browning. He was GREAT. Not pushy. Then I dealt with Rusty Hoag, another GREAT GUY. NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THE PEOPLE. Had the problem with the $699.00 as it was put “pre delivery service charge” REALLY!!! What did you do to prep this gem?? That was my only complaint and I felt otherwise felt comfortable.
