    This is the third Rogue I have purchased from Gettle. I love this Nissan product. I went to Consumer Reports and checked out the best price locally for... the car. Gettle was the best by far. Within minutes Annie contacted me to see what I wanted. She then forwarded some vehicles for me to check out with prices that were in the ball park. Then Cory called to setup an appointment for a test drive. After working out a few numbers we had a deal. All the paperwork was handled quickly and I was driving away with my new Rogue. I would like to thank Tyler for his assistance with the financing end of the sale.

    They refused to fix something I consider a hazard on my leased Sentra. The service manager informed me that it is a problem that is inherent in that model.... When I asked then why did it not show up until I drove the car almost 2 years. Doug claimed that it was impossible and that it had to have been there all along (which of course it wasn't) Basically he was calling me a liar. Now I'm left with 1 year left on a lease for a car I cannot safely drive at night. I have never been treated with such disrespect and condescension. They will not budge - and I am left with no options. Except to let others know - Unless you can get your car serviced somewhere else - DO NOT BUY A CAR from this dealer

    First of all I just want to say that from the minute I showed any online interest in a vehicle I received emails from Pierina, Randy and Pete all welcoming... me and any questions I had! Not obtrusive or pushy at all! Absolutely just concerned about my experience being an amazing one!! Walked in the door for my test drive and was greeted by my salesmen Ryan! He was amazing!! Very personable, knowledgeable and he wore the BEST winter sweater vest!! Great guy all around! He worked hard for me! I showed up late and they stayed without complaint to seal the deal!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ryan and the team at Gettel Nissan on Bee Ridge!!! Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle!!! 5 stars!     Most every time you go to a car dealership, you feel that you are at there mercy. Anxiety is high, did you get a good deal, are they ripping you off.?... The car buying experience is down right frightening. The people at Gettel Nissan provided me a experience that was second to none. Friendly, accommodating, welcoming, no high pressure, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them. Ahmed, our sales person was great, no pressure, well informed and professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a new or used automobile.

    We moved to Sarasota in 2017 and immediately bought a new Rogue Sport from Gettel Nissan, so when the need arose to get a second car we returned to Gettel... last week to check their pre-owned inventory. We needed a second car to get around town and pick up our granddaughters from school. Gettel worked with us as we really weren't sure what we wanted. We ended up with a pre-owned 2018 Kicks and love it. The entire staff at Gettel made us feel welcome and were patient throughout all of our indecision. I want to single out all the people who helped, and let's face it, it wasn't their biggest sale of the week-end, but they made us feel like it was, so Nathan, Jay, Corrinne, and especially Ahmed and Craig, thanks for a great job and putting us into a car we really like and will enjoy for the next few years. I know my granddaughters are going to love tooling around town in it and love the reliability and Nissan quality.

    By far the worst Nissan dealer ship ever. I have purchased many Nissan vehicles but when I went to this Gettel Nissan I was treated lower than dirt. Ryan... and Chris should not be working there. Told me to GTFO and manager did not care.

    AJ Calabrese made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. We chatted for the first 10 minutes about life stuff unrelated to car... buying at all so I felt at ease going into the experience and felt no pressure to purchase. Very attentive and friendly and also knowledgeable about the inventory and steps to make a stressful experience not stressful at all.

    We dealt with Justin in the buying process. He was VERY easy to work with. He was sweet, knowledgeable, and not overly pushy. He seemed to genuinely... want the best vehicle for us and understood when to give us space. Ryan, the manager, was just as knd and easy to work with. He didn't waste our time- he was efficient but easy going. Rod finished up the finances in a timely and clear manner. He explained what I needed to know but again, didn't waste my time going over what was obvious. All 3 of the guys were kind, intelligent, and relatable. This is our 2nd time buying a new Nissan from Gettel and will continue to do so (assuming they continue to give us a fair deal!). We had the same offer from a different Nissan dealer but chose these guys because of how they represent themselves.
