I brought my car in as a previous local auto repair shop
I brought my car in as a previous local auto repair shop put the incorrect oil in my car without telling me. While my car was in the shop, it was discovered that I needed a new serpentine belt, hoses, and engine gaskets. when the gaskets were being replaced, it was discovered that my spark plugs needed to be replaced as well. This might sound daunting to some, but I was relieved that they found this out while working on it instead of me being broken down on the side of the road. I have only driven the car 40-miles to home, but it seems to be running GREAT~ I thank Hector, Service Advisor, and Angel - auto technician who took the time to explain to me why I needed new gaskets. Love the updated videos that they send with the work that needs to be done and status of the work being done! I will continue to go to Gettle Nissan for my service needs and hopefully to buy a new Nissan Xterra when they finally decide to make it back state side!!!!
