We were just planning to look at used vehicles, but upon speaking with everyone there, we were able to walk away with a better deal on a brand new vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and very informative without feeling pressured. We would highly recommend them.

Be aware of bait and switch tactics.
Be aware of bait and switch tactics. Dealer will advertise at one price online and then switch the price when doing the deal. When asked about the price difference the dealer stated that the marketing person made a mistake. Instead of marking the vehicle down $200 they advertised it as $2,000 off. After getting frustrated the Sales Manager hung up. 15 min later called back and said he would honor the internet price. Then he added a bunch of unnecessary fees to bring the price back up to the original quote. This is why people don't trust dealers.

Went in and left in the car we went there for.
Went in and left in the car we went there for. They worked to get us the payments we wanted. Also said they would do a checkup with us in 2 weeks. Not quite 2 weeks yet but I?m sure they will keep there word

I purchased a used 2023 Tucson from Gettel Nissan.
I purchased a used 2023 Tucson from Gettel Nissan. Salesman Valentino Naeder made the purchase easy. The only drawback was the time spent (4hrs) at the dealership to actually drive home. Received a temporary registration plate good for 30 days and was informed that a permanent plate was in the mail. Near the 30 day mark I contacted salesman Pete who quickly had a permanent plate sent within 2 days. Thank You

Had an appointment made last week for oil change and fluid change for 11:30am today. Came back at 3pm vehicle not even touched. No phone call. Incompetent and full of excuses! Don’t waste your time to get aggravated.
