A little disappointed

Finally a young salesman came over to speak to us. We were in the market for a newer or new Escape. Ours had been totaled in a car accident just the prior week. I mentioned colors I did not want and mentioned the types of options I was looking. For in a new vehicle. The salesperson apparently was not at all familiar with the inventory. He did say he would call us when something came in. Well, he didn't call. Subsequently...we bought a Nissan Rogue. I have been a Ford fan for many years...too bad.

I was shopping for a used car...

Everyone from the minute I walked in the door was polite, friendly and helpful..Randy my salesman could not have been more helpful , and patient dealing with me buying a used car, introducing me to the staff I might be dealing with, in the future, like service people , financial person etc ... Russell the service manager was very kind and helpful, when I returned for a small problem... I was extremely pleased with everyone and would certainly recommend this garage for sales or service..

Bought a used vehicle

Jeff Reeves was our salesman Travis Morales. and Danny Peckham all contributed to a very good experience buying my new vehicle. I couldn't have asked for better experience at Mathew Currie. I told them what I wanted and they went to work finding a vehicle that fit my budget.

Overall a great experience

From Ed the General Manager and Russell in Sales and Ben the Parts Manager Joe and Travis in Service John The Service Director. All I can say if you want an excellent experience come to Matthew Currie ford hands down the best ford dealer around with a great staff.

Solid Company & Solid Experience

Worked with Reggie Wilson when buying a used car and had a great experience. He worked with us through the entire process and we ended up with a great truck at a really good price. Stopped at more than 8 dealers during my truck search and found the team at Matthews-Currie easy to work with and knowledgeable

Disappointed and Insulted

On Thursday evening, January 19, 2017 I decided to bring my 13 year old son to your dealership. My purpose was to have him learn about the process of selling vehicles. I brought my 1997 Ford 150 Econoline Cargo Van with us. The first salesmen we met said he was new. I asked him if they had customers looking for cargo vans to purchase. He quickly said yes. He then said a more experienced salesman would help me. The second salesmen said they had customers looking for cargo vans. I explained that I was selling my van to buy a used Jeep or SUV. I said I needed money from the selling of the van to buy another vehicle. He then went and talked to the sales manager. He came back and said they could give me $100 for my cargo van. $100 is less than the cost of the 4 tires on the van. I want to add that no staff test drove nor looked at my van. I told the salesman they could give my number to those customers looking for a cargo van. No one has called since. My son was disappointed in our experience. I was insulted. My husband said it was probably because I am a woman. Melissa
