Expensive Repair

Kurt is very nice and professional. However.... not happy with the time it took to repair my car and the price for a waterpump was astronomical. $3,500.00. Was quoted that it would take 3 days to repair. It took longer. They did loan me a car to drive and took my rental back to Avis. I appreciated that since I was paying about $100 a day for a rental for 10 days. Just disappointed in the cost of repair on one of their products. Otherwise the service advisor Kurt did great. My car is fixed and with the price I paid to repair, looks like I will be driving it for a while. Thank you.

Matthews-Currie Ford a great place to auto shop!!!

My husband and I were met on our inital trip by John Taylor. He let me test drive a Explorer Hybrid and explained how it works and showed me features on the display screen. John was very pleasant to work with. We did end up purchasing the Hybrid and have been very satisfied with our decision. John is vey helpful in following thru with other information I have had in regards to the performance of this vehicle since I am new to hybrids.

I brought my vehicle to Mathews-Currie Ford body shop on October 4, 2022. It had damages from hurricane Ian. It makes sense that it would take a long time for the work to be completed since all body shops are inundated from the storm. BUT, its been over 4 months. We've been given 4 delivery dates so far. Each time we call to check, we are given a new "reason" it's not completed. Three times, they blamed our insurance company saying that the company "missed" calculations. The 3rd time we spoke to the body shop manager, he promised, "Out the door Feb 3rd"... Feb 3rd came and went, husband called on Feb 8th, told 1 more week, Week came and went, still no car.....Now it's Feb 2oth....... and they know very well that I've been paying for a rental car for over 4 months now....Each time we ask that we be notified if there will be any more delays. We've never been notified. Today, I called and asked to speak with the general manager. The woman who answered the phone said "he's not in". Then hung up. Still now word from the body shop. You can't make this stuff up.

Failed promises

Purchased used 2019 Tundra sales rep Greg promised he would see that the truck minor issues would be taken care of a little chip and some interior issues, once I left the dealership never to hear from anyone again failure to follow through on promises 👎🏻

I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. In particular, I would like to thank Randy Getchey for finding the car I wanted and closing the deal in record time (about 2.5 hours from start to finish).

A wonderful experience

It was really great working with JT the sales representative. Everyone was straightforward and did not try to pressure me into buy a vehicle on the spot. The atmosphere of the dealership was very calming and welcoming. I would recommend this dealership to someone who wanted to buy a car with out added pressure with a crew that'll help you get the best deal in this blood thirsty market.
