DaVonna was so wonderful to work with, she definitely made my car buying experience less stressful. I was nervous because I needed a car immediately for work but I have a repo on my record but DaVonna was able to work with me to get a car I could afford and that met all my needs. I recommend anyone looking to buy a car to visit Carson Kia and specifically DaVonna she is hardworking and courteous and will definitely work hard for you.

Christian answered all of my questions right from the beginning. He is very professional and polite. This dealer has everything one would wish to see. Clean, professional, and the general manager actually introduced himself to us.

Oscar Sainz was very knowledgeable, patient and straightforward. Exactly what we needed and appreciated. He is well mannered and takes a real interest in his buyers.

Unfortunately Kabir Shaikh is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He spams and asks questions and when you request for more information and help, he deliberately avoids answering questions or changes the topic. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE esp. not to KABIR SHAIKH. Always spams with information you don't need. Poorly trained or lacks any training.

I am so happy with my service from Davonna, and Kia of Carson. I can be a hard sale, as hospitality and customer service is key for me and Davonna checked all of the boxes. Extremely knowledgeable, really down to earth, and so very patient, not once did I feel rushed or that she was in it for the sale. Wouldn't even let me pay for my own snacks...lol. Buying a car can be stressful so I definitely appreciate Davonna's good spirit and will absolutely recommend. I am very pleased with my vehicle purchase and the service I received.
