Not only is the customer service atrocious, the service is sub par. I end up bringing my car in 3-4 times per manufacture issue. I've tried calling the corporate office but KIA of Carson keeps giving me KIA of Glendale's phone number. Glendale called Carson and ran into the same issues as i did. The interior of my car was ruined (its white /cloth) by the service workers who "fixed" my roof. I spoke to 4 people and asked them to make sure the interior gets cleaned. I spoke to Linda the manager, the women who call you when your car is ready, and my service provider Eddy. I showed eddy exactly what marks i was talking about and still it was not cleaned.

Very professional and super organized. Probably the most quick to follow up and organized sales rep I’ve worked with. If there was paperwork or details I needed to follow up on, Angel reminded me, which was great. He was also eager to answer any questions I had about the car after my purchase, which felt good.

My experience at kia of carson was wonderful because of Jessica's assistance. I had my mind set on one specific car and she made sure I got it with my conditions. She's very approachable, enthusiastic, patient and persistent in helping you in any possible way she can. There was never any pressure to accept an offer with her as most sales person try to do right from the start, if you felt like the offer was out of your budget she'd talk with her manager to see what she can do. I highly recommend her because she shows great professionalism, confidence and knowledge in her job!
