My salesman John “Beatles Tie” DeLoach has helped both my mother and myself purchase vehicles at Village Toyota. His hospitable service and kind demeanor made the sales process an enjoyable experience (which I usually run from due to pushy salesman not willing to negotiate). John got me into a car, the one I wanted, at a good price. Working with him was a pleasure. The only thing I wish could be different was the interest rate, which thought was high compared to my previous car-buying experiences. However, I’ve read that is a standard Toyota practice and makes me less keen on them. 10 stars to John though! He was a fantastic, memorable salesman.

He even gave us extra batteries for our vehicle remote key fobs so that we are never in a pinch. We purchased a brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid from a build sheet that I gave him to order for me. I received the vehicle within 2 months of my order, which is lightening speed fast! This is our 6th vehicle purchase from John. Our daughter bought her Camry from him and my parents bought a brand new Venza. We refer everyone to John. He will even drive a car to deliver to it to a customer anywhere in the state of Florida. He treats us like family and so does everyone at Village Toyota. I could go on and on about how awesome this dealership is, but go see for yourself and then you will truly understand that my words cannot do this review of John and the dealership justice.

Anna Psihas and I worked together on my upcoming lease remotely. We worked out a price and lease payment. We did this all over the phone. When I came in person to pick up the car and close the deal, I was worried that something might be missed or a verbal agreement would not be honored. There was nothing to worry about. Everything we discussed was honored. She provided outstanding customer service especially over the phone. When we came into the dealership, closing the deal was simply signing the necessary paperwork. I would highly recommend working with Anna either in person or remotely.

What a great experience!!! Tony McTague greeted me at the door and from then on I was treated like family. Tony helped me from start to finish, Joe Petrillo introduced himself and offered help as needed. He continued to walk around the showroom helping his team. I could tell as soon as I walked in that Joe had a great team. Nikita in finance was great also! She even helped my wife remotely to e sign paperwork. After the transaction Tony showed me everything about the vehicle inside and out. I would recommend Vilage Toyota to my family and friends in a heartbeat!!
