Did not have a good experience with this dealership the

Did not have a good experience with this dealership the only thing that saved it from a complete disasterwas a rep that I spoke with when I was there by the name of Francesca. I definitely will not be returning for any type of service or any future purchases.

Very high pressure, answers to questions about financing

Very high pressure, answers to questions about financing were not transparent and were misleading. I've bought a bunch of cars through out my life, and only the last two (includes this one) have the same tactics. I guess its the new in game. They won't tell you a rate, the price changes, it's all payment oriented and they deceitfully increase the term, when you think they are bringing down the price. We tried to leave multiple times and were roped back in with high pressure. I feel it's borderline fraud in my opinion and definitely taking advantage of the elderly who need time to process what is in front of them. Hope they are happy with their sale. Hopefully the vehicle ends up lasting awhile, they took us to the cleaners on the term and misrepresented the cost of the gap insurance. I can't in good consciousness recommend them.
