The Dealership reached out to me to book a service

The Dealership reached out to me to book a service appointment, which I did make for Sat at 9:30am, I have the conforming email to prove I had an appointment. I brought the car in, worked with the advisor to get an oil change and tire rotation, the advisor could not find the appointment but assured me it was not a big deal. After waiting an hour, I noticed my car had not moved from its spot and did not even see the inside of the shop. I had the advisor check the status and he reported there was still 1 more in front of me, I asked for the car back, the advisor brought me back the car and said I should have had a "real" appointment I confirmed that I did and all I got from him was an eye roll and "sorry dude", I asked for the store to contact me and and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Update: got a call from the service manager he left a message, when I returned his call later that day I was told he was out of town at a car convention for a week. So issue in not resolved or even addressed.

Went to inquire about an altima and spoke with a manger

Went to inquire about an altima and spoke with a manger which turned me over to a sales expert. I had a car to trade in which I gave the sales agent all the information on my trade in. He said he would reach out to me the next day. Nobody called or anything. I text the agent which he responded hours later that he'd look into my deal. I decided to go to the dealership since nobody seems to want to get back to me. I spoke with another agent which again took my information and said they'll get back to me.nothing, so I called and spoke with the secretary to have the agent Don call me. By this time I was fed up. I decided to go elsewhere and purchased the car at another dealership.

The purchase was fairly good.

The purchase was fairly good. We still have the same car. But not sure about service. Everytime, it was $500.oo for this - $500.00 for that.

Justin and the service dept did a great job diagnosing

Justin and the service dept did a great job diagnosing the rear end humming noise on my 2020 Outback. They repaced both rear bearings, changed the oil and flushed the brake fluid all in a couple of hours. FYI: Not sure why you are showing only Toyota models at a Subaru Dlr survey?

We have bought a few cars here and always a good

We have bought a few cars here and always a good experience! We have had Rizzo as a sales rep twice now and he is patient and always advocates for a good deal. Wil always buy our cars here.
