worse dealership ever.

worse dealership ever.. Salesman was not up front with us about what exact vehicle accessories the vehicle i prepurchased would come with after telling us what the vehicle came with while walking thru the parking lot and once i realized the items we were told would be on the vehicle were not going to be on we shopped elsewhere found the car we were looking for and this dealership has refused to give me back my deposit... simply BAD business practice... ALSO the charging about MSRP is ABSURD! Not to mention charging me a PREMIUM for items such as 4 years of maintenance, 5 years of roadside assistance etc etc meanwhile its already included into the MSRP (toyoguard platinum). JUST NASTY BUSINESS!! I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY HERE LET ALONE SHOP HERE!

Deborah, We agreed to a deal, and you secured this vehicle with a deposit. Part of our transparent process is to have our customers sign a detailed consumer sheet which very clearly states features included in the vehicle being secured. You signed this sheet acknowledging all options installed on this vehicle. We also very clearly stated that we don’t hold our vehicles for anyone without a non-refundable deposit. You also signed agreeing to that. Unfortunately, you then inquired about a feature that you had not previously mentioned. We informed you that it was not included on the vehicle you secured. Rather than try to secure a different vehicle with us, you elected to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. Deborah, You were responded to in a manner that mirrored the tone you used in your communication with us. While we understand that you may not have liked the response provided, it is unacceptable to question the integrity of one of our most honest and transparent team members. To clarify, you agreed to a non-refundable deposit and acknowledged the listed features of the vehicle at the time of your commitment. After we held the vehicle for a week in good faith, you informed us that you expected a feature that the vehicle was not equipped with. Rather than working with us toward a resolution, you chose to pursue a purchase elsewhere—despite being fully aware that your deposit was non-refundable. Regards, Phillips Toyota Management

Yes, we agreed to a deal. Yes, we did not look over the fine print spec sheet we were supplied on the vehicle. But we also believed what our salesperson was telling us that vehicle (limited) came with. We trusted what we were being told which you called “hearsay”. I’ve never had a general manager of any dealership ever speak to me as you did today. You were heard quite loudly at the location we called from. You should be ashamed for using the tone we all heard. Very unprofessional for a management position. Appears customer service is not your forte.

As a first time car buyer, this process could not have

As a first time car buyer, this process could not have gone any more smoothly! Ben Bowersox walked me through the process and explained thoroughly every step. He stayed late and went above and beyond. After signing and signing he handed me off to finance. This, too, was an easy seamless process. Keith Smalley could not have been any more helpful and kind. After signing and signing, he handed me back to Ben who sat in the vehicle with me and showed me all of the features and how they work. If you are looking for wheels and don’t want to cry when the numbers are handed to you, ask for Ben and Keith. I will definitely be going back to purchase another Toyota! Thank you so much!
