Had a check light on.

Had a check light on. After diagnostic. Sensor error, but it was not the Sensor, it was the wire harness , chewed by a rodent They replaced the harness while I waited. Thanks again!

I reached out to Phillips Toyota (along with 10 other

I reached out to Phillips Toyota (along with 10 other dealerships) to get their best out-the-door price with financing for a new Camry. They sent it to me, and even offered to keep the same price if paid in cash. They made the entire transaction smooth for an out of state buyer. I was disappointed they required a non-refundable deposit to hold the car for us for a few days, but they were also flexible with me on the payment method and ended up going with a personal check. The car wasn't quite ready when we arrived (5 minutes before our scheduled time). They didn't pressure me during closing, though we did end up getting an extended warranty. Everyone we dealt with nice and professional. They had us out the door in 2 hours (even with the test drive).

As usual technician was very cordial and friendly.

As usual technician was very cordial and friendly. Work was done in time. I went there for tire problem but they took care of the oil and other maintenance work. He saved me my time to come again for maintenance. Thank you.

Every one was helpful.

Every one was helpful. There was a mix up on my appointment time for my recall but they were kind enough to fit me in so that I did not need to return on another day.
