The sales department is very friendly and did not present the sales pressure many dealerships use. Our salesman explained why Toyota had the car I wanted. My trade in amount offered was very reasonable. They were ready to negotiate and I did not feel pressured at all

The entire servicing of my vehicle was outstanding. Roxanne was understanding and kind when I scheduled my appointment. She listened and made me feel confident that she was going to help get answers to my questions before driving to the dealership. Then, Brian took care of servicing from there. Brian provided transparent pricing and helped me to understand what needed to be done to my vehicle. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

Listened to my concern. Analyzed and assessed my car. The mechanic and the service rep Jake presented the condition and repairs needed. I agreed with job needed. I signed paperwork for job. They offered a loaner car for me to return home They called me to tell me that fhe job was done within the time I was told and I returned. Job done was presented to me, and I paid. Easy, plain and simple. Jake, service representative did a wonderful job from start to finish.
