Have visited many car dealerships in central Florida area. None can compare to our experience at Phillips Toyota. From sales with AJ - really knows the products and is upfront – no game playing, went out of his way to make sure we got what we would be happy with… to Tonya in the service department-worked hard to make things happen to fit our crazy busy schedule. Both of these staff members were A+. Even those we had no dealings with us were friendly and ready to help. The interchange between staff was fun to watch. They really seem to enjoy their job.

Have visited many car dealerships in central Florida area. None can compare to our experience at Phillips Toyota. The service and parts department are very responsive,
The service and parts department are very responsive, they listen to concerns and are honest with pricing. They don't try to upsell services, but point out concerns- which I greatly appreciate. I appreciate their honesty, pricing and communication.

The service department is great!
The service department is great! Friendly employees who take the time to listen to concerns. They are upfront with pricing, and if I have questions, I have gotten fair, honest answers. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for an honest, fair, reasonably priced service department!

My wife's XB had an issue with AC not cooling.
My wife's XB had an issue with AC not cooling. Nick Parody took care of me in service. Wrote my vehicle up and got the vehicle in without an appointment. Was told Freon was leaking and given a couple options for repairs. Service was great and allowed us to make a good decision on the vehicle moving forward.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Phillips Toyota. Sales and finance was very helpful in working with me and getting this deal completed in a quick time frame. Jason in sales and Keith in finance both made the car buying experience a pleasant and quick one.

They snatched defeat from the jaws of victory!
They snatched defeat from the jaws of victory! I was pleased with my salesman and the dealership, until I wanted to cancel the warranty. I asked for a copy of the completed cancellation form be emailed to me. Two weeks later I’m still waiting after numerous emails and a few phone calls. I would never buy a car from them again, after this experience. I would certainly warn my friends to expect delays in the warranty cancellation process. It took two weeks to get someone at the warranty company to acknowledge the cancellation verbally. They are saying I’ll be waiting up to six more weeks to process the cancellation and send me a refund. If you need a warranty, please explore your options carefully. They had all the time in the world to sell me the warranty, but couldn’t find the time to scan and email me the completed cancellation form? What kind of place leaves a customer without proof of a transaction that costs thousands of dollars? Unbelievable !
