I was greeted as soon as I drove into the service lane. Mr. Davis "D" explained the first service. He told me I would be there 45 minutes to an hour and delivered ahead of time. Thank you.

Appointment for a 90,000 mile check on Highlander. Car was checked in and taken to service promptly. Waited for vehicle. Oil change and tire rotation completed in stated time frame. Matt discussed recommended additional services identified by multipoint inspection. He gave me cost and approximate time for completion. Great service, professional and customer oriented associates.
