Tried the on line contact to request a part quote, did not receive a response within 24hrs. Logged back in and used the chat feature, made contact pretty quickly. Was assured I would receive a response shortly through email or phone. 5 hours later, I give up. Checked Serra Toyota in Decatur, I can order the part online without involving someone from parts. They'll get my business

Please beware of purchasing vehicles from this

Please beware of purchasing vehicles from this dealership. I purchased a vehicle in early March 2025 and they still do not have the car title to send to my local clerk. They should not be able to sell cars without the title on file. In April Accounting stated they have received the title and will forward it to my county clerk so that I can register my car. Late April, I called back and Acctg stated they did not receive the title. So they lied. I have tried on multiple occasions contacting the G. Manager with no response to phone messages or email messages. It is Mid May and now they state they aren’t talking to me because I’m rude. Well, if they don’t send the title my lien holder is going to increase interest or in worse case I’ll have to give it back because they can not obtain the title. I’m in process of hearing from the state on how to proceed. They have not extended my drive out tags either regretting it!!

Couldn't schedule an appointment online so I called the number, left a message as instructed TWICE, waited 3 days with no call back. I ended up driving 100 miles round trip as the next closest dealership answered the phone on the second ring. This place does not want my business and that's fine.

We stopped to look at this truck my husband fell in love

We stopped to look at this truck my husband fell in love with. We ended up getting in the price range we anted to be at and that was the only good experience we had. When we went and signed the paperwork, the lady working the finance aspect was trying to sell the additional add ons like GAP insurance and other type of insurances. We declined and that’s where the horrible customer service comes in. She started being rude, banging on the keyboard, hitting her pen on the desk, and overall demeanor was hateful. When we finished signing, we were pretty much told you can go now, we walked back out into the lobby, mind you alone, went to the salesman, got the keys and we walked out of that business alone. No one to walk us to the truck, no one to show us where it was even parked, and they both left before we did. Yes it was 8:00 at night, but where was the customer service? They were fine taking our money but they will never see us or any of our family or friends again. They were definitely not professional nor interested in anything we may have had questions about, so that is not a business I want to support.

Great staff, friendly relaxed environment. They make the car buying process easy! From start to finish, I was happy with the entire dealership. Top notch!

These people are horrible to do business with! I bought a new Tacoma last year there and asked my wife to give them a shot on a used Highlander they had. Long story short the used vehicle she done paperwork on hadn’t even been run through there shop to have any mechanical issues resolved. She asked them to touch up the paint in a spot or two and they told her it would be ready in a few days. A few days pass and low and behold it’s in there shop getting mechanical issues fixed that was never disclosed with her. They also posted her used pathfinder up for sale on there website without even being in possession of it! She’s driving it while she’s waiting on the Highlander’s repairs! Now it’s been over a week and she still doesn’t have the Highlander and the sales manager (Nick) will not even return our phone calls. So if you like a dealership to do business like this, then go head and buy from Greenway Toyota of the Shoals

Disappointed

I gave one star on this review and will send emails as well as post my review publicly to some local Facebook sites. This was my 2nd purchase from Toyota of the shoals and here are just a few reasons I would suggest looking elsewhere before this dealership. (1. The vehicle had not even been cleaned or vacuumed out before we purchased it. (2. My wife and I were told numerous times by 2 individuals that we had a 3day buy back period and if anything went wrong during this time frame the dealership would fix the issue or but back the car. After driving for one day I found a issue and spoke with the used car manager who nicely told us there was no buy back and if there was a issue they would not fix it even after only having the car for 2 days. (3. The same mechanic who supposedly did the initial inspection did a 2nd inspection for us when we brought the vehicle back and gave us a whole list of issues that he wanted to fix. Out of our pocket of course.(4 they did not fix the issue and half the issues he wanted to fix is not bad. He tried to tell me the struts, shocks, wheel bearings, and cap were all made as one piece which is total garbage. The manager then stated that even if they knew something was wrong with the vehicle, unless it was an immediate safety issue they would not waste the money to fix it prior to selling the vehicle. (5. We love the vehicle we chose, we just wished they had done right by us but instead we got the ol car salesman run around. (6. You will absolutely get better customer service from a local dealer with their own mechanic. They have a reputation that can make or break their business. This is a short review of what actually happened to us at Toyota of the shoals which is now part of greenway motors. I will be buying another vehicle for myself soon but not from them. Best of luck, Will
