Can't handle the simplest of services
I took my 2016 Tacoma for the 45000 mile service which consists of the simplest items on the service menu, tire rotation and fluid check. After an hour and one half and a ridiculous bill for the service I tried to leave but stopped because the truck was wobbling probably because a wheel was not properly mounted. After another two hours I was told the truck was ready and the service writer would take me to it. He couldn't find it and after wandering around I spotted it. While I was sent on my way I was told that they could not balance one of the wheels because it was bent. When I questioned this the service writer laughed in my face saying it wasn't his problem. I took the truck to a tire shop and had them look it over and they were able to balance the wheel and told me that it is not bent and the runnout is within specs. Bill Penny wanted to sell me a wheel. Obviously they cannot be trusted to tell the truth or treat customers with respect.
Felt Rushed Out
I went there to look at 2019 RAV4. My goal was to buy a white SUV with light colored interior. I found one but I didn't realize that RAV4 LE comes with steel wheels only and not alloy wheels. Yes, it is my fault for not noticing it but the sale person didn't make any effort to show me anything else. I felt so rushed. I could have bought a higher class RAV4. And, when I purchased the car - the finance manager I got was a bit secretive in my option. He didn't explain the fees. I will not shop at Bill Penney. BTW, RAV4 LE drives like a bad jeep and overpriced. I will trade it in for a Honda CR-V soon.
Left grease on my leather seat
I picked up my car from Bill Penney service department, and they had left grease on my leather seat.. the passenger seat. When I told my service advisor, another advisor commented that was twice today that this had happened. She got her manager and he came out and cleaned it with a bit of an attitude and told me everyone makes mistakes. I will be ensuring from now on that seat covers are placed in my car before anyone gets in it! Not a happy customer.
Terrible service department no management...
Probably one of the worst Toyota dealerships I have ever experienced. Especially the management in service. My job is to travel around and go to lots of different dealers for reviews on service so I have had experience at quite a few dealerships. The way I was treated here was shocking. I personally own and drive a Toyota and I'm so glad this isn't how my local Toyota dealership operates. Also in the service lanes there were technicians talking and walking around very unprofessionally. Extreme vulgar language with quite a few kids around was sickening. But on the other note I was in for just a basic oil change service that took almost 3 hours to complete which I was completely patient about. It was just giving me time to get my review prepped. The two times I asked about my vehicle I got told to hold on both times while phone calls were being made back to back. Of course I was told management was too busy at the time to even speak to about my issues. Which is ridiculous being a paying customer. I won't be back and I'm sure this place could care less especially by the way I was treated. If I would have heard the language and how these "technicians" were carrying themselves I would have never signed the paper to have them even touch my car. Unbelievable garbage service.
Representative Gerald is liar. Corolla 2019 looked like someone drove it 5 years. Gerald's goal was to put pressure on me, force me to sign a papers. And he disappeared after that. I can't believe - it's Bill Penney Toyota. I feel like I met frauds.
Kevin Davidson was excellent. Ask for him
Kevin Davidson was extremely helpful in showing us exactly what we wanted to see in Toyota trucks. He found us the right trucks right away, and was extremely personable.

Deceptive Service Practices
Had car in for Service, rep said that tire had nail near sidewall and could not be patched. Overcharged for replancement tire and once I saw the nail it was 2 inches from sidewall a easy to patch. Dont Trust service.
