First off I want to say thank you to Daniel (sales rep) for being so kind and informative and making the process of buying a car go smooth and easy. Devan Lowe Cadillac Buick GMC, truly has a good team of people. My boyfriend & I walked in to test drive the new 2024 Buick Envista and without any commitment, we were able to give it a test drive! Daniel helped us in giving us numbers without even having to do a credit check and without asking we were also provided the walk out the door price for the vehicle. FYI this dealership has a no “dealership fee” like most others do. Any questions we had were answered and because I was still deciding on taking up on the car or not, I can say that Daniel and the team were very patient. The moment of making the deal, everything went quickly and easy and we were able to get to numbers that I was comfortable with. They even put on a red carpet for me at the moment I went to pick up the car. Daniel and team did the buying a car experience awesome. The best sales and service team I've ever dealt with period. They are not pushy and are very informative about the vehicle they sell and do an amazing job demonstrating all of the features of the vehicles they sell. When I get my car serviced they always go over the inspection and give me recommendations on what services are due to keep my vehicle running in top form. I never feel like they are trying to get me to do something that isn't needed. I trust them.
