I purchased a Certified Preowned Volvo and the whole

I purchased a Certified Preowned Volvo and the whole experience was straighforward and profesional. They sent me videos of the vehicle as well as the pricing by email. I was in and out of the dealership in under two hours. Highly recommend.

Drove 7 hours to buy a used car because I was told it was

Drove 7 hours to buy a used car because I was told it was in excellent condition. (I had asked for detailed pictures). Arrived to find it had not been detailed and had a lot of scratches and marks. After negotiating a new price, I asked for it to be detailed. I left and came back several hours later to find it still hadn’t been detailed. Jack Ingram is a deceptive company. Buyer beware!
