My 2nd Camry

When it was time for another car, I trade in my 2004 Camry on a new one. This was a good experience. it's been a long time since I purchased a car, and they were patient with my questions and requests for explanation of the process and the details about the car. A 2016 is a LOT different than a 2004. I selected 4 stars because the process of selecting and buying a new car is never easy, but they were truly kind and patient with my decision making.

Didn't think we would end up walking out of there with a car

So my husband and I were looking to trade in our 2013 Chevy Malibu for hopefully an SUV. I was looking at Dodge, Jeep, Chevy, Honda and of course Toyota. Well after seeing probably about 6 dealerships in the past 2 months, I decided to check out Bondys Toyota. Now here in south Alabama, were very limited to where we can buy our vehicles. However, we weren't treated like that. Gary at Bondys Toyota made us feel like we could have gone anywhere and instead we chose them. Not only that but he even made see we got the best possible deal we could have gotten. Also, even though many dealers just leave you to your own things after you sign the financial paperwork, Gary made sure we had the car to our specification and even went step by step through almost the entire process and did not once lean our side until we left the lot with our new RAV4. Like I said in the title, we didn't expect to be walking out of the dealership with a new car but seeing how much Gary did for us and how much he treated us like family, gave the right push into buying our new car.

Very Positive Experience

Bondy;s Toyota of Enterprise excelled at finding us what we needed and wanted. I drove on the lot and was cheerfully greeted by Willie and from that moment on he took care of me and my wife very well. We were also looking at another make/model in town but Willie found what we asked for and kept us informed via phone calls and text message. Dealing with staff, Jamal, Kevin, and Cheryl was wonderful as well. Will be back to Bondy;s Toyota of Enterprise again for the next vehicle.

Great buying experience

The sales staff were excellent at explaining the all of the attributes of a new Tacoma. They worked with me on exactly what we wanted and gave me a price that I couldn't refuse. When my Tacoma arrived, they explained everything about the vehicle operation and set me up for the first servicing. The paperwork and payment procedure were explained and completed perfectly. The dealership building was spotless and the waiting room and show room was immaculate. I would highly recommend considering Bondy's for a Toyota purchase. Noteworthy representatives who were truly excellent in assisting me were: Mike Williams, Andrew Revels, and Cheryl Cashin.

Will definitely be a repeat customer

My husband and I bought a Tundra from Gary "The Fist Pump Guy" on Saturday. Gary was very knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted in a truck and was never pushy. He gave us a great deal on the new truck, as well as my trade-in. Cody was also very helpful when Gary had to step away. Excellent experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Rav 4.

Earlier this week, my wife went in to see about getting a more efficient vehicle with lower monthly payments. She came gimme that night with a 2016 Toyota corolla. I was very pleased with the whole process she told me about as well as the car and payment. I in turn decided to test my luck a few days later. With no money down and mid level credit they found me a deal I child be happy with. I have a leased with the option to buy rav 4 and got my prior car paid off. With that my credit score goes up, I have warranty that covers my car while I use it and in a year from now I should be able to get nearly ANY vehicle I want. It's a win win.

Amazing service

I went there with an interest in trading in my vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted and helped immediately. Corey walked around and helped me pick out a car that was in my price range and one that fit my wants. We then worked out the trade in agreement and I got more than expected on my trade in! Then the finance department helped me work out a loan. They were willing to work with me and my payment options in order to get me the vehicle. Since the windshield had a crack in it they needed to take it to the service department and they fixed that for me. It has been an overall amazing experience and I thank them all for it!

Great Dealership!

I worked with Gary "The Fist Pump Guy" and was extremely happy. Bondy's was the fifth dealership I visited and by far, the best! Gary was very professional and helpful throughout the process.
