I was very disappointed with my last service visit.

I was very disappointed with my last service visit. I had a 7:30 appointment, was first in line when the door opened. The service reps proceeded to check in 4 other clients that were behind me in line. I finally asked why I was being ignored and a rep checked me in for service. I have purchased 6 high end vehicles over the past 20 years from this dealership. This was the very first time I’ve had an issue with the service dept. I sincerely hope this was a one off experience. After being checked in, the wait was very short and I was on my way.

Sales was OK, service 0, we were stranded 12 hours from home. After 10 days of my truck sitting in your field, you tell me it would be another week! I had to get home so I bought a new truck! I feel that service did not care we were stuck out of town. We are moving there and wanted a dealer to work with!
