McConnell Automotive was established in 1955 on St. Louis St. in downtown Mobile. The store eventually relocated in the early 70's to it's current location on Dauphin St just East of I-65. I had a great experience working with Chris Mayers on the purchase of a pre-owned Acura MDX. I live about two hours away, so I wanted to make sure everything was squared away before making the trip. Chris was straightforward, responsive, and provided a clear out-the-door price up front with no games whatsoever. When I arrived, everything was exactly as discussed. The process was quick with no pressure, no surprises, and no last-minute add-ons. I was in and out and on the road in no time. I’d definitely recommend Chris and the finance manager, Ken Goff, to anyone looking for a smooth, no-nonsense experience.

Did not show on paperwork what was offered for my trade and had incorrect payoff amount on paperwork as well. My fault for not checking before I signed. They were all in a rush to get home to watch the Iron Bowl.

The whole team was super helpful. Brent, Gene and Ken did a great job. Brent took a lot time to make sure we had all the information we could take in on our new truck and said to call anytime we needed help.

Wasted a few hours of my day driving over there. Nice F150 in pictures but it needed tires, it had a misfire, paint was ok, and the AC was clicking something awful. Salesman was like, oh it just hasn’t been used in awhile that’s why. Ok bud. Steer clear of this dealership.
