24 and a New Car Owner

Michelle Dauzat is the reason my family and I have purchased here exclusively for our family's vehicles. Everyone here is very helpful, but Michelle goes above and beyond for her clients. She takes a genuine interest in you as a person and what would fit your needs best. She doesn't just have herself or the bottom line in mind like any stereotypical car salesperson. She's focused on building long-lasting rapport with her clients and does a heck of job. Because of her, at the age of 24, I am the proud owner of a 2019 Honda Accord LX, and I'm confident that it wouldn't have been possible without her assistance.

I had an appointment for an oil change. They had my car ready in under an hour (better than promised). The waiting area is comfortable and clean. Everyone is very pleasant.

Honda Accord hybrid

Sales process was fast and easy. The process definitely slowed down with the finance manager, very pushy and not happy we were not financing or buying an extended warranty.

Auto Nation Honda Bel Air Mall Mobile

I went to this dealership because they had the exact model Honda CR-V that I wanted. Other dealers in the area had a more limited selection. My sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure me or manipulate pricing. He compared their price with another dealership and came under other area dealers with a more reasonable offer. I love my new car!

Oil Change

I arrived on time and left in an hour. I had the oil changed. My only issue is that the free inspection report that I received had a very important part that listed what needed attention, torn off. I did not read the inspection report until I returned home. That prevented me from know what items needs further check. I was greeted by a nice lady who was very imformative. My current vehicle is my 2nd purchased from Autonation Honda.
